Fantastic staff and breakfasts

Pros: Amazing hotel in a quiet part of Ollaytaytambo. The staff were fantastic - really helpful and friendly despite our poor Spanish. They cooked an amazing fresh breakfast every day. Would really recommend!

Comfortable, affordable pleasant.

Pros: Staff was friendly and warm even though we hardly speak Spanish. The hotel is very secure on a quiet sidestreet but close to the main part of town. We had the most comfortable sleep since arriving in the Andes. We highly recommend the Kantu Inn.

Cozy family-owned property with clean rooms

Pros: Nice and cozy family-owned hotel in the central area of Ollantaytambo. Clean rooms with basic amenities, good beds and thick blankets to keep you warm during the cold nights. Breakfast eggs with vegetables prepared for each guest individually. Very good and attentive customer service from arrival until departure!

Totally recommend!!!

Pros: It’s very clean, the staff is amazing and the location is still close to the main square but far enough to be a bit more quiet. Perfect! Breakfast was really nice, the room and bathroom are very spacious and there is hot water!

Cons: Nothing. Just a note: the shower handles are marked with H for hot and C for cold, but it ended up being the other way around which was a bit confusing. Also booking says check out time is 10:30 but it is actually 10:00!

Pros: The staff were lovely. Thank you for being so welcoming and accommodating!

Cons: There was a bit of noise outside from a drum group that night, but that was hardly in the hosts' control.

Nice hotel and staff. Close enough to the heart of Ollantaytambo.

Pros: The hotel staff was very nice and extremely accommodating. We loved the area and the room set up, including a large shower. It was very clean and we were pleased overall.

Cons: Peru does seem to have some plumbing issues but not the hotel's fault. However, there was some sort of party going on nearby the hotel. Some street noise, so be wary if you are a light sleeper.
