Excellent

Pros: I had issues with my credit cards and phone, the young gentleman at Rumi Wasi went above and beyond to help me and I truly appreciate his kindness. Stressful situation to find yourself dealing n foreign country with no access to your bank accounts. Part from this the room was spacious, clean, good location and well priced.

Cons: Hair dryer could be improved and lighting above full length mirror

Exceptional place to stay in Ollantaytambo

Pros: Firstly, the family that owns and runs the guesthouse is welcoming, kind, considerate, attentive and helpful with everything. The room is large and immaculate with an incredible view from the Juliette balcony. There is a mini bar, desk and armchairs. The bed is so comfortable and warm. There is always piping hot water from the modern and spotless bathroom with fluffy towels. The daughter took care of me exceptionally well. As a plant-based eater I was treated to all my favourite foods, fresh juice and delicious coffee. 10 out of 10 on everything and an extra 10 thank yous for kindness and care.

Excellent stay the owners could not do enough to help us!

Pros: I loved the authentic property with cute terraces and the local features throughout, built on Inca ruins and in the old part of the town. It was quiet and peaceful away from the main square. The owners let us use the terrace that comes with the apartment when it was free and I think this property must have one of the best views in the town. We were sick when we arrived and they really looked after us, even doing us a complimentary pack up for the Inca Trail. This place was spotlessly clean and the location is fantastic!

A nice home stay feel in a great part of town with a lovely family.

Pros: The staff were delightful, treated me so kindly. Firstly they picked me up from Cusco airport at a reasonable fee and patiently waited for a delay in processing.The breakfast they provided me was great (awesome coffee!) and they adjusted things for me as I was on a special diet. They made me feel like nothing was too difficult. The inn is in a great part of town, step out onto a Main Street, but it was still quiet in my room.

Cons: There was no hairdryer in my room and toiletries were simple, however neither bothered me. Also no heating in the room, but actually it wasn’t cold in my room and they gave me lots of blankets.

Pros: The 2 sisters who run it are very welcoming. They had good advice about what to do and where to go. They provided a bag breakfast for us when we had to leave early the next day. The bed was comfortable, the room was warm, and there were lots of blankets on the bed. They are working very hard to provide a comfortable stay. The shower water was hot.

Cons: It was a little close to the Plaza des Armas for us, a little noisy, but it was a convenient location for pick up by our tour the next morning [just a few steps from where we were dropped off on arrival and picked upmagain]

Warm hospitality and magical location

Pros: Sonia hospitality was amazing, always warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The rooms are super comfortable, with great beds and a lovely decoration full of details that make the stay unique. Everything was spotless and well organized. And the best part: the location! Less than a minute from the Main Square and surrounded by the magical Inca streets
