Pros: Great staff which picked us up at the train station. Good breakfast and very nice and clean bedroom.

Cons: A bit uptown. On the bright side, close to the hot springs

Pros: Good location, very nice and helpful host, good breakfast and hit water in the shower. Everything great. Recommended

Pros: It was comfortable and very clean and tidy. The lady at the reception provided us important information about our trip to Machu Picchu which made everything a lot easier.

Cons: When you're used to hotel rates at other cities, like Lima, this one is a bit on the higher end, but still one of the best in Aguas Caliente and it's value for money.

Pros: Very clean room and extremely polite, helpful, and cheerful stuff. We were greeted at the train station by the owner and she walked with us to the hotel. The water was warm, and wifi was working fine. The breakfast was exactly what we needed.

Cons: We couldn't sleep easily in the night as our room was looking at the main pedestrian road with all the shops and restaurants and there was a lot of noise coming from the street. In general, there wasn't any soundproofing.

Pros: Wonderful Rina met us at the station. She was very kind and helpful and gave us lots of information about travelling up and down to Machu Picchu. Very conveniently located just 5 mins from train station and close to many great restaurants and bars. The area is perfect for a one night stay before or after MP. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice simple breakfast in the morning ready at the time you ask for it in advance. Would recommend staying here.

Pros: Ideal location for accessing local amenities and services in Aguas Calientes. Hearty and varied breakfast. Clean. The owners were very helpful and kind.

Great hotel with super staff and hearty breakfast

Pros: Great staff - they gave great advice on the surrounding area and even packaged up some food for us to take for lunch. Breakfast was very big and delicious. The room was spacious and the shower was powerful with hot water. Only 5 minutes walk to ticket office and train station.

Cons: Our room faced the street, and the windows did let a lot of noise in. With earplugs, we had a great sleep.

Pros: Helpful and welcoming staff. Even met us at the station. Happy to do early 5am breakfast on the morning we went to Machu Picchu
