Pros: El personal maravilloso. Samuel, el recepcionista es súper profesional y amable. Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias. El desayuno estupendo. Céntrico.

Estancia confortable

Pros: Cumplen todo lo que te ofrecen, desde la atención fueron muy amables y si tenias dudas te explicaban com paciencia. Muy buena experiencia en verdad.

Cons: Las conexiones eléctricas un poco inestable.

Pros: Staff are very helpful and met us at the train station. They explained where to buy bus tickets for Machu Picchu and provided a bag breakfast for our early morning start and recommended a time for us to get in line. Location is easily accessible and it was quiet at night. Comfortable bed and space was sufficient.

Cons: There was no water in our room (including sink to wash hands etc). Staff members explained there was a city problem, and I understand that this can happen and is outside their control, so it was just an inconvenience of note during my time but hopefully it’s a rare one!

Perfecto para una noche en Machu Picchu

Pros: Las habitaciones son cómodas y privadas, cuentan con baño privado y con televisor para ver Netflix. El baño es cómodo y el desayuno que sirven es muy completo y suficiente para subir a Machu Picchu. También te recogen cuando sales de la estación del tren y te dan información para los buses al santuario. Puedes guardar equipaje.

Cons: La ubicación es un poco lejos.

Pros: Funcionários super simpáticos, te buscam na estação de trem e te dão dicas sobre Machu Picchu e aguardam caso precise comprar o ticket para subir de ônibus a Machu Picchu. Ótimo café da manhã e há água quente no chuveiro

Pros: Excelente atención y cuidado del cliente. Nos esperaron y recogieron sin problemas a pesar de que nuestra llegada a Aguas Calientes fue tarde en la noche. Nos brindaron mucha amabilidad y estuvieron atentos a nuestras necesidades.

Muy buen hospedaje

Pros: Muy buen desayuno, y en horario comodo. Un dia tuvimosque salir mas temprano que el horario que comenzaba el desayuno pero lnos prepararon una vianda para llevarnos el desayuno igual. Muy buena predisposicion para brindarnos el servicio. Ubicacion y confort de las camas excelente.

Cons: algo que nos hubiera servido mucho era un secador de pelo, que en muchos hoteles lo brindan, y dada la alta humedad de la zona de Aguas calientes hubiera aportado muchisimo.
