Great stay

Pros: The room was clean, they offer towels and shampoo and the wifi worked well. The staff was very helpful and kind, you will feel welcome there. There are several supermarkets close by. You can have tea for free and there is a fridge as well. When going to Maccu Picchu, you can use lockers for your belongings after check-out, which is pretty amazing!

Cons: All good, I would choose this place again :)

Great value for money! Like a hidden gem

Pros: Good location. Clean and big room. Newly renovated with double-glazed windows and curtains that darken the room (both is rare in Peru!). Friendly staff. You can store your luggage after checkout. Free hot water, tea and instant coffee. Great value for money. Not overpriced like many other hotels in Aquas Calientes. Would definitely come back.

Cons: Early check out at 9am.

Pros: The staff is really nice and friendly. He provided the information and map in detail, and also share a dilicious croissant to me. The room and bed is big and comfort.

Cons: It is a little bit noisy outside the street in the evening.

Cons: As it's in the description it's constantly noisy. Wouldn't take much to place a window on the corridor stairs so you wouldn't hear so much noise. The lack of windows makes the towel not dry and smell fast. Anyway, apart from this, everything looks good and for the price can't complain much

Great place

Pros: Perfect place to stay. Wonderful guy in reception. Nice room with window, there are baggage lockers and you can take a shower after checking out. Short walk to bus stop and center but in quiet street.

Great value for price in Aguas Calientes

Pros: 24-hour reception was great because we got delayed on the road because of road work and arrived to our accommodation late in the evening. The bad was very comfortable. They have self serve coffee and tea buffet available all the time. Quite close to the bus station, the person at reception had a lot of tourist information.

Cons: The bathroom window opened directly to the hall and it was one of those half closed windows. The room had no heating and it was a bit cold.

Amazing staff and great location

Pros: Location, Room very clean and the Argentinean staff was amazing.

Cons: A bit difficult to get hot water, but the staff guick in have it fixed.

Pros: The room is spacious and clean. The staff is nice and helpful. Free coffee and tea. The location is good.Having a big window with natural light is great. Netflix is a plus .
