Pros: The staff was very nice. They allowed us to check in early despite our room not being available and gave us a different room with equal accommodations. We were also allowed to keep our bags there while going to Maccu Picchu despite already being checked out.

Cons: So many stairs, steep stairs.

Pros: Aguas calientes is quite an expense place, for the price you pay here, you can't get a better experience. Centrally located, nice comfy beds and a lovely hot shower - very much needed after a 9-day trek.

Pros: Muy serca de todo lo que es comida pubs y karaoke además de estar serca de la estación de buses para machupichu. Freddy muy buena persona el alojamiento impecable abrigado con agua caliente muy amables todos y calidad precio confort está súper bien lo recomiendo 100%

Valeu a experiência

Pros: A localização foi o ponto forte, logo na saída do trem, passou a ponte dos cadeados, chegou! Também possui boas camas e tem um ótimo restaurante(bom e com bom preço e atendimento) logo embaixo do prédio.

Cons: O banheiro estava com vazamento de água, um pouco barulhento(tem fest na cidade noite a dentro), a escadaria é bem, também havia uma lâmpada com sensor de presença que acendia toda hora incomodando, pois emcima da porta há uma janela de vidro transparente, atrapalho muito o sono.
