Clean and comfortable.

Pros: Breakfast was a decent spread. Our room had a large bed with only 1 small chair. Good air conditioner.

Cons: More comfortable chairs. Booking .com did not price match or assist with my claim. Will be wary next time. Paid too much for this room .it was on slpecial for $80 less a night.

Great place to stay

Pros: Overall, this hotel is great. The staff were friendly. They always answered my questions. The environment was clean and I felt comfortable living there for 5 nights. My personal belongings remained untouched after room service.

Cons: It would be great if the staff speak English. They still tried their best to solve my questions, so that was not too bad. Usually, the hotels contact us prior to check-in. However, this hotel didn't, then they also didn't reply when I asked them if there's anything I should pay attention to. I understand that there's nothing much to worry about, but it could have been better if I received a response. The location is not very ideal, a bit far from the center. But it's quite at night. The light wasn't bright enough.

Pros: Arriving in a new country always seems a bit daunting. The staff and facilities made my first night in Peru memorable. I have since recommended this hotel to friends.

Warm modern hotel in miraflores

Pros: Modern and clean hotel and rooms. Excellent position. You can ask for a electric stove if you are cold, which is a great plus.

Great base to explore Lima

Pros: Fantastic room with a huge, comfortable bed! The breakfast was good, with enough variety. The staff were helpful and spoke excellent English. The location was great, a quieter part of Miraflores but only a 15 min walk to Larcomar and 10min to the centre of Miraflores. We got picked up and dropped off with tours without any issues.

Cons: People kept leaving the door to the smoking area open, which made the whole lobby smell of smoke and which is also near the breakfast room. We closed it a few times, but staff didn’t seem to address it with the people leaving it open.
