Pros: Very comfortable beds, attentive and kind staff. Good value

Cons: Some noise from the street, but I guess that's unavoidable in Aguas Calientes.

Lovely hotel giving retreat vibes

Pros: We booked this accommodation last minute on the same day because our previous reservation was cancelled. We usually opt for cheaper places with good reviews, but this time we chose this hotel to treat ourselves — and it was very nice! The hotel has such lovely rooms. Everything was squeaky clean and spacious, the bed was enormous, and the bedsheets were very nice and white, just as they should be. We were actually sorry that we stayed only one night and had to leave very early. There is a very nice common area with lots of plants, giving the place a tropical resort vibe. We didn’t have breakfast as we left early for Machu Picchu, but I’m sure it was just as great as the rooms. There is also a restaurant next to the reception with a menú turístico for a very good price. We ate there twice and were very happy.

Pros: I have nothing to complain about. My stay at the Quilla House was very comfortable with a clean room and a helpfull staff. Orlando the hotel manager, received me with tips for my trip and good assistance. I would totally recommend Quilla House.

Pros: Set back from rhe main drag, veryhelpful with late check out as my girlfriend was sick

Pros: Excelente acomodação! Camas grandes e muito confortáveis, TV grande e chuveiro ótimo. Café da manhã muito bom, bem servido e saboroso. O único detalhe é a localização, que fica um pouco mais afastada, mas nada fora do normal. Apesar disso, a região ao redor concentra o principal polo de bares e restaurantes, o que facilita bastante na questão da alimentação.

Cons: Desayuno podría ser mejor. Al rededor hay pubs, por lo que suele haber mucho ruido, aún así es posible descansar.

Pros: El dormitorio tiene excelente vista, no se siente el ruido. Las camas muy comodas. El personal muy agradable y amable. Excelente estadía en Quilla.
