We were very happy with our stay!

Pros: Very clean rooms. Highly responsive staff. Comfortable and conveniently located.

Beautiful apartment, excellent location, wifi needs to improve

Pros: beautiful apartment only 15 minute walk to the beach, 10 minutes walk from beautiful areas of Barranco area of Lima, wonderful location. Unfortunately during our visit there was kango hammers outside our bedrooms going as a new pavement and road surface was being laid on street outside apartment, but that shouls not be an issue for any future guests. Wonderful pre arrival communication, would highly recommend this apartment

Cons: no wifi in bedrooms and very slow service in living room. I reported this to very attentive manangement of the apartment so hopefully this will improve in the future, this is the only negative with otherwise wonderful apartment.

Fantastic location, very spacious!

Pros: Location was fantastic! Accommodations were clean and the kitchen was decently stocked, although no dish soap and only one fork. But had kettle, toaster, coffee pot, pots and pans, etc. The apartment was spacious with 3 bedrooms. As there were only two of us it seemed on the expensive side but if you filled all the rooms it would be a great price.

Cons: A clothes drying rack, dish soap and more cutlery would have been nice. I should have requested dish soap but didn't so that is on me. They likely would have supplied had I taken the time to contact them, we were just very busy. Overall a great place.

Pros: Beautiful contemporary apartment! I strongly recommend!

Short stay in a quaint location.

Pros: The location was great for exploring the local area. The apartment was spacious and modern.

Cons: The address on Booking.com for the property was incorrect, meaning that we were taken to the wrong place! This was extremely frustrating as we had no Wi-Fi and no local currency yet. After speaking to the customer service team they booked us a taxi, which they said initially I should be responsible for the charge. After explaining that this was not my error they did organise this for us. Upon arrival to the apartment, 5pm local time, we were told the apartment wouldn’t be ready for another 40min and at this point I did loose some faith in what we had booked. In fairness they did arrange another apartment for us which did suite our needs and we enjoyed our stay.

Bonito departamento, pero vecinos ruidosos.

Pros: El conserje ayuda muchísimo! Nos resolvió todo muy fácil. El lugar está muy bien ubicado. El Apto. Es grande y muy luminoso.

Cons: Que no tiene elevador y son dos pisos (pero conserje ayudó a subir maletas). Vecinos ruidosos. Hubo una fiesta hasta las 3AM y se escuchaba todo. Deberían hacer valer las reglas de convivencia.

Agradable

Pros: La ubicación muy buena, pudimos accesar.alalecon porque un señor abrió la puerta. Lo que valoramos mucho.

Departamento amplio y bien ubicado

Pros: Es un departamento bastante amplio, bien equipado, y bien ubicado. Está cerca de restaurantes y varios lugares de interés en Barranco. Las habitaciones estaban muy bonitas, las camas cómodas, y en general el edificio era bien tranquilo.

Conforto em boa localização

Pros: A localização é excelente, e o apartamento é bem espaçoso e confortável.

Cons: A limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar, e faltaram produtos de higiene como por exemplo, detergente para lavar as louças.

Pros: Es UN barrio muy tranquilo y El departamento muy cómodo.

Cons: Creo que sería bueno que Toda la información pongan en algún letrero impreso visible. Y que SE deje la información en la recepcion con anterioridad porque Al llegar no tebiamos internet y solo El Numero de la reserva y nos demoramos mucho en poder conectarnos y acceder Al department
