Great service. Comfy rooms

Pros: The staff were very obliging and friendly. I mistakenly left a pair of pants hanging up in the cupboard, realised, and they actually delivered it to me on the other side of Cusco. That's very kind and good service (no charge).🙏

Cons: A little noisy outside at night for me, but I live in a country town, and it's pretty dead quiet at nights. I got used to it so it wasn't a problem.

Pros: They say save the best till last, and that was our experience at this great little hotel. The location is excellent, close to everything but not too close. Great room on the top floor with a fantastic view over the city. Comfortable bed and the best shower ever. The water pressure was so good that you could have put a fire out a block away! Breakfast was good and served until 9:30. And the WIFI worked in the room! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the 24-hour desk and locked front door lent towards a feeling of safety. They organised a taxi to the airport, arranging for the driver to come up to the hotel and help you with your luggage down the short walk to the plaza. What a great way to cap off our Peru adventure.

Cons: The room fridge was a bit noisy 😆 but you get used to that quickly

Wonderful stay in San Blas at the Casona!

Pros: We loved the location and the proximity to the Plaza Mayor. The accomadations itself were lovely and cozy, like home away from home. Pedro and Ana are the BEST and made our stay that much more enjoyable. They are very hospitable hosts and are so welcoming, kind, and amazing people. Pedro can offer lots of assistance, so please ask him about sites and tours. The San Blas area is wonderful and views are breathtaking. Great to be in to enjoy and walk around.

Cons: Our beds were a little uncomfortable and firmer than we are accustomed to.

Pros: The hosts were absolutely lovely and helpful. The hotel is close to the centre. The room had a heater in case it was cold and was clean and spacious.

Cons: The breakfast in the pictures is a buffet with fruits and vegetables. Maybe it's because I was there during winter time but it would be great to add some vegetables to breakfast.

Pros: Es una casita tan bonita, llimpia, con buena vista desde habitaciones. Desayuno es muy rico y personal es excelente. Roxana señora de desayuna y por la mañana es un grande corazon, y aparte chico de noche John tambien. El año que viene seguramente volvemos. Gracias por todo por vosotros nuestro viaje era de maravilla
