Nice room, complicated check-in

Pros: The property is super nice, finally a place with proper water pressure and hot water in the shower. The apartment is very comfy and spacious enough.

Cons: The check-in was very complicated with all the things to fill online (while we were travelling around the country) and yet they forgot to send us the information with which the front desk could let us in. So at 1 am after a whole day of travel we were trying to reach the property manager to be able to take the room, waiting 40 min at the front desk. Once there are complicated protocols in place, please make them work properly!

Great, modern apartment. If you like to use a pool book minimum 2 nights.

Pros: Great, modern apartment on high floors in the centre of Barranco, nice views, super clean and nice chilly place on top of the building with nice swimming pool.

Cons: Swimming pool closes at 5 so if is one night stay you will not really use it.

Pros: The location was great and the apartment beautiful. The facilities were good too!

Cons: The apartment didn’t have an aircon, so it got really hot and it waa difficult to sleep. You had to make a booking to use the pool and gym

Excelente lugar para paseos cortos por Lima

Pros: La ubicación es muy accesible aunque no está en el centro de la ciudad. El departamento es muy cómodo y agradable. Cuenta con utensilios básicos de cocina y elementos como secadora, calentador, ventilador y refri. Muy bonito decorado.

Cons: El equipo de recepcíón hace malas caras. Ante alguna consulta, sus formas no son amables ni serviciales. Por otro lado, a pesar de que la reserva se confirmó y se pagó a través de Booking, se tuvo que hacer una validación del pago y verificación de identidad directamente con la aplicación del hotel, que además es compleja para tomar fotos del pasaporte.
