Beautiful and spacious apartment in a good and fun district

Pros: The property was located in a very quiet and safe housing district in barranco, which is a bohemian town with plenty of good restaurants and art galleries, and right next to Miraflores.

Cons: 2 ceiling lights above the dining table were not working in the apartment, the parquet floor outside the toilet was water damaged causing the cupboard next to it to smell funky, including the hairdryer that was stored inside it. The wifi was also not working during our stay and was not fixed even though we had requested for repairs. To get to the apartment one would need to climb up a short flight of stairs to access the lift. Can be difficult if you have heavy luggages to manage or are in a wheelchair.

Pros: I will definitely Return! This is a fantastic place that met all my expatiations and more. The Staff couldn't be more helpful and Professional! There is absolutely nothing that I can find wrong with the accommodation! I highly recommend!

Homelike staying in clean apartment

Pros: Clean apartment, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, quiet and safe location.

Cons: We didn’t receive information about the entrance code on time and were under false impression that there would be some kind of balcony in the apartment.

Pros: Great location, quality of beds and furniture. Lots of privacy and calm nights. Very luxury apartment. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Cons: Unfortunately we had a power breakdown in the whole building 2 times, that lasted for some hours. The luggage storage is a bit far from the apartment building (20 min walk). There's a bit of a smell to some areas in the apartment/ smoking neighbor?!

Pros: Très bien situé à Lima, environnement très calme, appartement très clair, lit très confortable, très agréable à vivre.

Cons: Eau chaude un peu limitée

Pros: Estaba todo excelente, el depto era amplio, limpio, luminoso y moderno solo que al momento del check in nos entregaron el departamento mas tarde de lo acordado porque aún no lo limpiaban.

Pros: L’appartamento è in una zona molto tranquilla e al tempo stesso in 30 minuti di camminata puoi tranquillamente raggiungere il ponte dus sospiros che offre diversi ristoranti.

Pros: Super situation géographique, le quartier est super et très sécurisé ! Apparemment avec agent à l’entrée, carte pour l’ascenseur et code sur la porte d’entrée !

Cons: L’eau n’était pas vraiment chaude, et le lit est petit pour des Européens…

Pros: El dto es cómodo y está ubicado en un barrio muy tranquilo, seguro y bonito, a pasos del malecón que comunica con la plaza central de Barranco a donde se puede llegar caminando en unos 10 o 15 minutos. Si te gusta caminar, también está muy cerca de Miraflores, pasando por el Parque del Bicentenario que es precioso.

Cons: Se podría mejorar el suministro del agua caliente, ya que al ser provista por un termotanque pequeño, resulta insuficiente para una ducha cómoda para dos personas. Em la planta baja hay vecinos muy ruidosos,
