Pros: Well located and relaxed atmosphere in and around the building

Cons: The room wasn’t very large

Pros: Clean, comfortable, spacious room, modern bathroom. Front desk/staff were very nice. Great location near the plaza in Barranco.

Cons: Only thing I would suggest is making it somehow clearer from the outside where the entrance is. You can't see the front desk from the street.

Pros: i stayed for several months here 3 years ago so that good experience was replicated on current stay. location is excellent for lima metro and barranco, staff at location (security, housekeeping) is warm, friendly and quite accomodating -- and customer service managing the property (wynwood) is incredibly responsive. i saw some earlier comments regarding quality of staff. i have no idea wherein that might have been the case. everyone again on and off property is exceptional.

Pros: Laa zona segura y no estaba lleno de gente...hay una plaza cerca...un market...un starbucks y pasaban bastantes taxis. Por 10 soles te llevan a miraflores o a las playas que están bajando el acantilado. La cama cómoda...tiene 2 baños y cafetera...toallas y shampoo

Pros: El ambiente super confortable y las instalaciones fueron buenas.

Cons: Todo hubiera sido perfecto si comunicaban que el departamento estaba en una zona muy transitada de vehiculos y buses. Desde las 7 am se escuchaban los cláxones de los buses y carros que no te dejaban dormir.

Pros: Bequemes Bett, gute Zimmerausstattung mit Schränken, Bade- und Handtücher waren vorhanden, gute ausgestatte Küche mit Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis des Apartments (Februar), gute Lage mit kurzer Gehwegdistanz zum Zentrum von Barranco; insgesamt würde ich für dieses Angebot die Note 8.5 geben.

Cons: Wohnbereich/Küche konnte nicht wie das Schlafzimmer auf gleiche Temperatur gekühlt werden, da sich das Klimagerät nur im Schlafzimmer befindet und der nicht durchlüftete Etagenkorridor im 5. Obergeschoss sehr heiss und muffig war (teilweise konnte man im Korridor das Essen von anderen Apartments riechen) und vor allem auch die Apartmenttüre zum Korridor hin zuwenig gut abdichtet und deshalb der Wohnzimmerbereich auch vom warmen Korridor her \

Pros: La réactivité du personnel quand j'ai signalé des problèmes avec le nettoyage et la connexion wifi. Le fait de trouver su sel, du huile, et du poivre. la dotation de la cuisine.

Cons: l'appartement n'était pas bien nettoyé à mon arrivé. Quand j'ai signale le problème ils ont envoyé une personne pour nettoyer.

Pros: Que en la habitación había lo necesario e indispensable, me sorprendió. Limpio en cualquier parte del departamento, muy cómodo.

Cons: El personal de recepción está un poco desorientado, porque no atendía rápido y no sabía cómo atender a mi pareja que llegó después.

Confort

Pros: La ubicación muy céntrica y la distribución de la habitación muy acertada

Cons: La cocina tenía sobres de infusiones y hervidora pero tenía ningún edulcorante
