Naia Apart Hotel

Great location, spacious, good breakfast.

Pros: Good location, comfortable bed, spacious, great breakfast.

Cons: Air conditioner did not work in our room. Reported it 3 times, maintenance came twice but no fix. Some staff members at reception were not as helpful or enthusiastic as other staff.

Very good hotel with balcony

Pros: A very good hotel if you want to live in the Miraflores area in a room with a balcony and a kitchen. There is a money exchange office right across the street and a grocery store at the end of the street. The balcony can be accessed from both the bedroom and the living room. The breakfast was one of the best on our entire Peru trip.

Cons: The bathroom has very outdated plumbing. The breakfast room plays very inappropriate, disturbing music. Maybe it's to make customers leave the breakfast room faster. Some calm Peruvian flute music would be more appropriate. Before check-in, the hotel sends a remote check-in form, ignore it. You will have to fill it all out again at the hotel.

Lovely apartment in great location

Pros: The apartment is linked to Naia Hostel a few doors down, which was really helpful to check in and also to be able to leave our bags, and have a great breakfast included! The apartment was perfect and in a really good location with lots nearby to explore

Pros: The apartment is beautiful and well equipped. The location is great in Miraflores. And the staff very friendly.

Good place to stay

Pros: Location, very good atmosphere, secure neighborhood. Reasonable breakfast.

Cons: Although it was clean , it looked not. The shower is not so safe in the bath.

Pros: Great location with a huge choice of cafes and restaurants minutes away. Walking distance to the boardwalk at the waterfront and 35 minutes walk from Barranco if you fancy a stroll. The apartment was stylish and spacious with a comfortable bed. The security guy was really friendly and the staff were all nice. Note that this is part of the Naia hostel (which is stylish and pleasant) and breakfast and reception are in the main hostel building about 20 seconds walk down the street.

Cons: STREET NOISE. The window/balcony door didnt have a frame and did not close properly against the wall so it didn't shut out noise at all. It did quieten down at night and we slept well with earplugs but during the day there was constant beeping and traffic noise. Breakfast wasn't great (terrible coffee, unpleasant eggs, stale rolls) but the fruit was decent and there was a reasonable choice.

Pros: Large studio apartment. Great location and friendly staff.

Excellent location, friendly staff and good food!

Pros: Breakfast was good; however, the coffee was not the best, and a couple of times it was burned, and Peru is one of the countries that produces coffee in the world. The coffee should be good, if not exceptional, at least edible!

Nice central place. friendly staff but horrible kitchen

Pros: Good location, in a quiet street of Miraflores. The private room is part of a hostal, hence they provide different services as well which you can book. The staff is friendly and I think it was a good value of money.

Cons: The kitchen was really outdated. Kitchen and the equipment was basically unusable. So I don't recommend this place if you are planning to cook for yourself. Definitely needs and upgrade. Also, the airco in the living room was missing a cover. It didn't really looked like it was taking care off. It was also confusing to allocate the reception because it is in a building a few doors further. However, the reservation stated only the actual accommodation. Had to search for a while where the actual check in location was.

Pros: The place is modern, The Bohemic decoration is modern and nice my family enjoyed the place, the place has the basic home devices, that is appreciable
