Apart Hotel San Martin

Spacious apartment in a really good area!

Pros: The Hotel is in a really good area, great restaurants, shops and everything you need is in walking distance. The area is really safe and you dont need a car to move. The apartment was really spacious and clean. The breakfast was alright.

Cons: The furniture was quiet old, as well as the kitchen. However, no problem at all. The air condition wasnt working on full power, but it was handable.

Great value for money

Pros: Room was large, bed was comfortable, WiFi was fast, friendly staff, fully equipped kitchen, bidet in the bathroom, shower was hot and strong, many TV channels available, breakfast was good, parking available, located in safe and touristy area with lots of restaurants around.

Cons: Curtains didn't darken the room much. A little noisy outside.

Good value for money and pleasant stay

Pros: The staff were so friendly and helpful. They really went out of their way to accommodate my needs including lending me their metro/bus card so I could just top it up rather than have to purchase another card as well.

Great apartment hotel with excellent location and good staff

Pros: The apartment was, spacious, bright and in a good location to walk to shops, restaurants and the nicest areas in Miraflores. It was kept very clean and tidy.

Cons: For such a nice apartment, access to a washing machine in the complex would be ideal. However, we did find laundry nearby.

Pros: Perfect location in a strategic spot in the Miraflores district. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the property is well maintained. The apartment I stayed in was spacious, comfortable, and offered a city view. Highly recommended.

A lovely apartment for a couple, located well, and great value for money.

Pros: Roomy apartment for a couple, with salon, kitchen, bathroom, huge bed, tv and aircon. The included breakfast was excellent, as was the location in Miraflores to bars, restaurants, banks and attractions.

Cons: The shower did not have enough protection to prevent water leaking out onto the bathroom floor.

A home on the other side of the world.

Pros: Perfect location, (the best restaurants on the other side of the street, near a supermarket) nice breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. The apartments are big, with a very nice and (big) bed, fully equipped kitchen, a dining place and living room. I also liked the fact that we were able to invite friends and family to visit us, usually that is not allowed.

Cons: There was very little to complain about. If i have to mention something, then it would be nice to also have a TV screen in the living room (there is only one in the bedroom). Also the view was not all that nice, but that is also because they are building a new apartment complex right on the other side of the block.

Great staff and location with clean, well-equipped rooms.

Pros: We stayed here four times last month and used it as our base in Peru. Every stay the staff were genuine, lovely helpful and professional. The rooms varied but were all clean and spacious with a useable kitchen and comfy bed. The breakfasts were good and the restaurant also served dinner and lunch. Its outdoor seating is also pleasant on a nice day. There is a supermarket just up the road, a shuttle bus to the airport on the corner, a fast laundry almost next door and lots of good restaurants nearby.

Excellent stay in a great location.

Pros: We would really find it hard to criticise San Martin, such a good place to stay in Miraflores. Very clean, lovely spacious apartment, strong wifi, comfortable bed and truly delicious, excellent breakfast. The location is great, Miraflores is full of decent bars and restaurants within a maximum ten minute walk. Helpful staff, excellent stay. Absolutely no negative comments.

Cons: Nothing at all.
