Pros: The view was spectacular I did not want to leave and the staff was awesome. Mr. Braulio helped us from beginning to end and make this a try memorable stay can’t thank him enough.

Unforgettable expérience

Pros: Exceptional service and experience. It’s important to know that at night, the generators are turned off, so there is no heating. The extra blankets provided are therefore very useful. Aside from that, this was by far the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The waiter was extremely friendly, and the host was incredibly helpful—he even assisted us throughout the next day in finding great activities in Urubamba, even though we hadn’t booked an additional night. Adorable little llamas are brought near the dome in the morning, making the experience even more magical. And as for breakfast… absolutely incredible. An unforgettable experience! I highly recommend this stay—wow!

Pros: realmente uma experiência memorável! o ponto alto foi acordar de madrugada e ver uma imensidão de estrelas!!! o céu mais lindo que já vi! as instalações são lindas, limpas e confortáveis. o pessoal do hotel todos simpáticos e solícitos. em nosso jardim, sempre ficavam 3 alpacas lindinhas, mas não chegavam muito perto

Cons: a localização é um pouco complicada de chegar, mas faz parte! é possível solicitar uber do e para o centro de Cusco, mas cuidado pois eles podem oferecer para fazer a corrida por fora do app

Pros: Emplacement incroyable avec une vue sur toute la vallée. Les dômes sont très bien équipés. Le restaurant est très bon et le personnel au petit soin. Je vous conseille de prendre le petit déjeuner devant la chambre (et non au restaurant) pour profiter de la vue ET des lamas.

Cons: Le jaccuzi c'est un vrai plus mais malheureusement si on s'assoit on ne peut plus profiter de la vue. Il faudra donc rester debout et croiser les doigts pour qu'il n'y ait pas trop de vent.

Pros: Experiência MARAVILHOSA! Assar marshmallows na fogueira foi incrível, tanto o café da manhã quanto o jantar foram excepcionais e não tenho palabras com a presença das lhamas e alpacas!

Great stay, would recommend!

Pros: The property is beautiful, there are 6 dome cabins and the property feels very welcoming. It is quiet and clean and the staff were all very accommodating. The domes themselves are great, the jacuzzi is a nice added touch. The breakfast is out of this world, can’t beat that view. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Cons: The only downside was that they turn all power off from 1-4am or so in the evening. This left it very cold during those hours, they left extra wood for the fireplace, but we were asleep and the fire went out. In the winter months it might be nice to leave the power on, or perhaps turn it off for less time at night.
