Consistently good stay

Pros: There was a mixup and the manager was SO helpful. She immediately solved the issue and offered superb customer service. Breakfast OK, no eggs, but otherwise it was sufficient. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean.

Cons: I've stayed here 4 times, and will return.

It was an unexpected Oasis

Pros: We felt we lucked out when we booked this little hotel. The location was excellent at the top of the hill away from the noise and tourists. The art and gardens and river made for an attractive buffer against the business of the city. The hotel was super helpful, allowing us to check in early before we headed to Manchu picchu.

Pros: Le personnel est très attentif. Grâce à eux, ma visite à Macchu Picchu a été simplifiée, et pareillement la visite du village d'Aguas Calientes. Vraiment super !!

Muy recomendado

Pros: Muy bien lugar! Nos dieron una habitación mejor que la que había reservado. El personal maravilloso. Muy amables, atentos, nos dieron tips muy útiles para movernos en aguas calientes y subir a Machu Picchu. La cama muy cómoda, todo limpio. La habitación con mucha luz, clóset y todo lo necesario para pasar una muy buena estadía.

Cons: El único punto bajo es la ubicación. Pero no es terrible! Está al final de la calle principal de Aguas Calientes, pero al ser tan pequeño tampoco es inconveniente, todo queda cerca igual.

Gorgeous river-view rooms available, and great location!

Pros: If you can, ask for the rooms that face the river, the window gives a beautiful view and sound of water to lull to sleep!

Cons: The breakfast could include more option, and wifi works only in lobby.

Cons: Que estaba al final de la cuesta. El desayuno a pesar de haber variedad no reponian lo suficiente, con lo que resultaba escaso y había que pedirle al chico que estaba en cocina

Excelente a pesar do pouco tempo que ficamos

Pros: Café da manhã simples mas com tudo que é indispensável.... localização a cerca de 400 metros das estações de trem e ônibus com auxílio de pessoal do hotel no transporte de bagagens.

Cons: Gostamos de tudo e principalmente do atendimento e atenção conosco
