Great location and excellent staff

Pros: The location is excellent, a few minutes walk to the train. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. We had a 6am ticket to Machu Picchu so we had to leave at 5am and Eduardo was up to take our bags and hold them while we went to Machu Picchu. Beds are comfortable and the showers have hot water. Also has great WiFi

Pros: The staff were very friendly, the room was basic but good for the cheap price. Location was good, right next to the train station.

Cons: Despite the shower instructions being very clear, the water in the shower did not go hot only like warm, which is fine for a short stay.

Great stay for MP!

Pros: It was a spacious room with a decent-sized bathroom. For the price, you really can't go wrong. The host was so helpful with checking us in and keeping our bags whilst we went off to explore the Citadel. Highly recommend!

Pros: It’s a great place to stay. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the train station, the bus stop to Machu Picchu, and many good restaurants. The room was very comfortable and clean. The host is extremely kind and welcoming, and gave us many helpful tips about the city and tours. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it.

Warm experience in Aguas Calientes

Pros: Helpful staff, good location, value for money, hot water, comfortable bed

Cons: The first night I was there, the wifi wasn’t strong (room 404). The next night I was there, I was in room 403 and the wifi was much stronger.

Pros: Staff were very welcoming here after the Salkantay trek, and happily kept our luggage whilst we went up to Machu Picchu after checking out. Most importantly the shower was hot!
