A pleasant stay, helpful staff.

Pros: A nice place to stay for few days. Loved the balcony view from the room. It takes about 5 minutes of running the water to get hot water in the shower. The staff were friendly, and although they didn’t speak English, they used a translation app to communicate. Thanks for meeting me at the train station.

Cons: Was no hot water in the sink faucet.

Nice & Cozy

Pros: We left very early for our tour, and we were unable to get hot water from the shower. Besides that, everything went very well. We even had a box lunch for the road.

Good value for money, the sound of the river at the back is beautiful.

Pros: The place has a lot of character and the beds are comfy

Nice place to stay in Águas Calientes

Pros: The Mistico MachuPicchu was a pleasant place to stay in aguas calientes ! The room was big next to the river and had all the necessary things ! We could hear the water flowing and for me it’s not a problem but for a more sensitive person they might require earplugs. The breakfast was included and it was served at the time we needed to take the bus. We got picked from the station which was nice and the host explained all the things we needed.

Perfect!

Pros: The room was supernice! Clean and beautiful with the wood. Nice style, and very spacious! A balcony with some view on the mountains and river and a shower with a window you can open to shower with that view!

Cons: Nothing, would book directly again!
