Perfect base for Machu Picchu!

Pros: Great location, nearby to restaurants, shops and transport. Helpful and friendly staff. Good television with streaming options. Clean and comfortable room.

Cons: Nothing - Basic, but a good option in Aguas Calientas.

As you can imagine, Machu Picchu took most of our time but the hotel was a great base and staff were so friendly - all g

Pros: Great- Romy even came to pick us up at the station. They got us a packs breakfast for Machu Picchu as our start was os early. And when our return train was broken so we had to spend an extra night in Aguas Calientes, Romy got us a room back in which was so helpful.

Lovely option to sleep when visiting machu picchu!

Pros: The lady at the reception was lovely and super helpful. She prepared a packed breakfast for us to go early to machu picchu. The hotel is cute and a great choice if you have to sleep in aguas calientes to visit machu picchu!

Cons: The only negative is the room which had a window/large glazing literally looking into the corridor. There is a curtain to cover it but it’s very strange to have a window in a room of a hotel looking out to the internal corridor, quite bad for privacy. Also Aguas Calientes is a very ugly town, sadly a tourist trap.

Quiet hotel with comfortable rooms and friendly staff

Pros: Quiet hotel just off a main thoroughfare. Room was medium sized but comfortable and adequate. View was a bit disappointing, Staff were friendly and helpful, good breakfast. Would recommend.

Pros: We spent one night before going to Machu Picchu. The hotel is very clean, great shower - strong water pressure, it has heating, the breakfast was good. Staff very kind and accommodating. It’s a bit uphill, but the whole town is uphill, so I wouldn’t say this is a problem, it’s just a fact.

Great stay close to all amenities but peaceful

Pros: The location was great as it was slightly set back from the main strip so it was quiet but also very accessible to all the restaurants and services. The staff were supremely friendly. The bed was huge and very comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. We even had fresh flowers in the room. Breakfast was plentiful and they kindly stored our bags while we went to MP. One of our best stays in Peru!
