Good location

Pros: Great location, very close to restaurants and the Inca markets. Friendly staff. Nice buffet breakfast where you can order omelette, fried eggs etc. Rooms were comfortable although very bland. Complimentary drinks provided by hotel

Cons: Sauna and jacuzzi need to be booked and there were no free spots whilst we were there. No TV channels in English not even news.

Pros: Hotels should establish a difference and create some 'little motivational gifts for customers staying more than 10 nights; for example, no charging every single bottle of water daily left at the room, offering at least two laundries for free, offering at least one-dinner at their own restaurant or 2-day Spa, each one with one treatment for free. We did not feel any gesture inviting us to repeat another long stay in that hotel.

Cons: Room 609 I think there are two on each floor has a window facing a wall and at a 90° angle a window to a corridor so people can look straight in your room, you end up with blind down all the time.

Pros: Very close to Parque Kennedy and all the entertainment. Good amenities close by. Decent value for money. I would recommend and stay again.

Cons: The view wasn't great but no big deal.

Excellent location, comfortable and great service

Pros: Great location. In the core of Miraflores, comfortable rooms, big bed, and great on-site breakfast.

Cons: We had to leave early on the checkout date. We were told we could take a breakfast to-go, as we had paid for the breakfast option. It was very disappointing to find just a sandwich with only a slice of cheese and ham (very disappointing sandwich) I like the ham and cheese sandwich, but the sandwich did not meet the expectations. The cheese and ham option is ok, but make it a good sandwich, knowing that we had paid for a breakfast buffet!
