Tierra Viva Miraflores Larco

Pros: The room was very clean and the air felt fresh. The restaurant on the 8th floor has a nice view with a cozy café-like atmosphere, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of delicious food and fresh fruit. Luggage storage was provided without any issues. If I come back to Lima, I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Very well located for walking around Miaflores. The price was very reasonable and the breakfast was very good. They also allowed us to leave our bags at the hotel on our last day which was extremely helpful as our flight home was just after midnight. Should out to the doorman (forgot his name) who went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of.

Cons: Nothing to complain about.

Pros: Big comfortable bed. Friendly helpful staff. Decent location in Miraflores. Free fruit and cookie a nice touch.

Cons: The noise pollution from outside especially the building work next door. Bring ear plugs.

Great location and good value for money

Pros: Very good location. Room was not large, but comfortable. Staff seemed always attentive and very kind. Everything seemed well cleaned. Breakfast was nice.

Cons: Whenever possible we like to sleep with our window open for fresh air. We were on the 6th floor and through the window we could hear the conversations from staff on the 8th floor (dining Room and kitchen) every morning at 5 or 6 am. Also there is a construction site next door which also made noise from early in the morning.

Excellent location for all of miraflores

Pros: Excellent location on a quiet street in miraflores, lots of restaurants, cafes and bars within easy walking distance, and a short walk to the beach. The room was big with a huge comfortable bed, and a great bathroom and lovely hot showers. A good buffet breakfast was included. Staff were excellent and very friendly and professional, and all reception spoke very good English. Very good WiFi throughout. The hotel was immaculately clean with floors being cleaned continuously and the room cleaned thoroughly every day. Highly recommended and would stay here again.
