Great hotel and great staff. If you want to feal spoiled, this is the place.

Pros: I loved the design of the hotel and the vibe. Felt very taken care of by all the staff.

Cons: I would definitely stay again in this hotel. The only thing I would have wanted different is the toilet flush being very noisy at night.

Pros: The room we were initially given did not match the room we booked on Booking.com - the hotel were very understanding and promptly changed the room type when we queried this.

Pros: Hotel was perfectly positioned and quiet . Food was good and Service was great 👍

Cons: No coffee or milk in room . There was one coffee pod on day arrival and it was not replaced . There are 2 people in the room .

I would stay there again

Pros: The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. The room and bed were comfortable and very well presented. When the initial room had no hot water, they immediately upgraded the room to a suite. The only thing I would suggest is to supply a single information sheet on things like the safe, dinner and breakfast times and various other facilities in the room and hotel.

Cons: The only thing which let them down slightly was the restaurant. We asked for bread with our dinner on three occasions, even reminding them but to no avail. Steak which my wife only eats well-cooked was extremely rare. We ordered a glass of wine and a pisco sour, only the pisco sour arrived. The food was overall very good and the restaurant very nice, so it was a shame such a small thing affected the experience.

Nice location and spacious room - maybe not worth the money though

Pros: The rooms were spacious and the location is great. Staff was mostly helpful - i was checked in by Pia who was just and amazing person, bubbly, efficient and so helpful - even suggested some great places to go and eat as i wanted to explore the city outside the hotel

Cons: The aircon was lacking or not functioning well. The water was not replenished and one had to pay for the coffee in room? Weird. Gym was a total disappointment

Modern hotel with excellent location.

Pros: Location and modern hotel , it is in the heart of San Isidro one of the best districts in Lima. Decent breakfast.

Cons: Staff sometimes not very attentive they saw us struggling to get in with luggages and the staff in the desk didn’t get up to help with door .
