Grand Hotel Betsy

Pros: A very nice hotel in a great location. There is a fridge, and microwave. A kettle would have been great to have 😑.

Cons: They should give the WIFI code at reception, as the one in the rooms is wrong!! The sockets in my room had covers on which made it VERY difficult to get a travel adapter into......

A good hotel in a good location

Pros: A good location, clean spacious room, although I did have a free upgrade because there was something wrong with my original room. All that you need from a hotel room.

Pros: Super close to everything you would need. Best grocery store just around the corner! Coffee shops, restaurants, and a mall. The beach is a 10 minute drive. Uber is super cheap. The place was clean and quite. Had a really hot shower, big screen TV, ac and fan.

Cons: The shower door was a bit tricky to open and close.

Pros: Perfect location. Hot water and wifi is working well enough to work.

Cons: It gets cold in the room and they don't have a heater

Pros: Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room is clean, and it’s great to have the walk-in shower and a dressing table.

Cons: The door can’t be locked normally. They should change a new lock for the door.

Pros: We recently enjoyed a delightful four-night stay at the Grand Hotel Betsy in Lima. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations in every way. The comfortable room provided a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city, and the location couldn't have been better—close to the center, making it convenient to visit all the major attractions. The staff at Grand Hotel Betsy were exceptionally pleasant and always ready to assist with a smile, adding to the overall welcoming atmosphere. Despite the high quality of service and amenities, the deal was incredibly affordable, offering fantastic value for money. Overall, I highly recommend Grand Hotel Betsy for anyone visiting Lima. It offers a superb combination of comfort, convenience, and affordability.

Great location and great size of the rooms.

Pros: The location and the size of the room were very good and comfortable. The only problem we had was with the TV; Netflix and other apps did not work, only YouTube. I liked that the reception had a lot of items available for purchase in case of emergency, like water, shampoo, etc. The staff was very kind.

Cons: the tv was a little tiny and we could not watch netflix or other apps there, only youtube.

Pros: La atención y la amabilidad es muy buena, desde recepción hasta el personal de limpieza.

Buena ubicación y estacionamiento gratuito

Pros: Tienen estacionamiento sin costo, hay un restaurante de comida oriental en el primer piso donde puedes cenar y está a un acuadra del Óvalo Gutiérrez donde hay un supermercado Wong y mucho más para comprar. Ayuda que tiene frigobar y microondas.

Cons: Las instalaciones son algo antiguas, salitre en pared del baño y el elevador golpea mucho al llegar al piso. Una remodelación le caería muy bien al hotel, pero nada que sea crítico.

Pros: Todo está cerca a centro comerciales,restaurantes. Mi habitación estaba muy acogedora.

Cons: Quizá fue en una habitación en específico ,pero en la mía emanaba un fuerte olor por parte de los Servicios higiénicos.
