Happy stay close to shopping center

Pros: Clean modern and friendly service. Good breakfast.

We had a nice time.

Pros: It was near a shopping center. It was a little off the main street, so it was not so loud. The staff was nice and helped us.

Cons: They prepared breakfast per person. You couldn‘t choose what you wanted, you got „everything“ without asking.

Best Quality and Value Hotel in Ica

Pros: Quite a unique interior layout and very well maintained the bed was very comfortable, the staff were extra helpful and nice. Would stay here again when returning to Ica another time.

Cons: There was a small gap between rooms where windows were continuous, could pass sound very easily from one room to another.

Pros: Comfortable, tidy and clean room with toilet. And very kind service. Hotel located so close to a big mall with many shops, restaurants, cinema, gym and soft playgrounds for different ages. It is perfect for families with little kids.

Pros: Modern, good looking hotel. Super clean. Despite being next to a very busy road I did not hear any traffic noise at night. Within walking distance of attractions

A very comfortable stay. Great staff

Pros: The staff were very helpful. We arrived early after an overnight bus journey and requested if they could give us an early check in. They gave us a room very quickly, as soon as it could be cleaned after the previous guest checked out. By 10:00 (4 hours early) we were in our very comfortable room. The bathroom was clean and the shower was great with hot water available.

Cons: Nothing.

OK for short stay

Pros: Modern facilities in a quiet street close to the main road. Room was spacious. Breakfast was OK but waiting time was pretty long.

Cons: View from the room was to internal patio/neighbour’s room window in a distance of approx. 2m.

Clean and new

Pros: The room was large and clean. So was the bed. The hotel itself looks clean and new, tol. There was AC but for extra charge (would've been impossible to stay there otherwise). Shower pressure and temp was great, warm water almost instantly. TV seemed new but unfortunately didn't work in our room.

Cons: The extra charge on the AC in a room were it wouldve been unbearable otherwise was not a nice surprise. Then again im glad they at least had it. The staff was very slow in reacting to anything or giving any answers. In the morning there were at least 3ppl working there and the breakfast took ages to arrive.

Pros: The villa is new and modern in design. Parking is available just in front of the villa. The location is great, near a shopping centre and a lot of restaurants. It is very easy to get to huacachina from the villa. Beds were very comfortable, rooms clean. Breakfast was simple yet very good. The staff was very helpful.
