Excellent option if you are looking for a comfortable and well located hotel in San Isidro

Pros: Nice room, comfortable bed, nice and varied breakfast, good location, next to nice park. Attentive staff

Cons: having a thinner pillow as an option

Hotel is nice, but service could be better.

Pros: We stayed in that hotel two times. And our first room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was quite nice. Hotel has good equipped gym (with towels and water provided). Food selection for breakfast was good and freshly prepared eggs were provided (a la carte). There is also outdoor swimming pool at the top roof.

Cons: We stayed in that hotel twice and during our first stay we got bigger room with bathtube in the bathroom (which was not so comfortable to use when we just wanted to take shower). During our second stay we got smaller room (even if our reservation was for the same type of room), but that room had comfortable shower. Staff was in general friendly but one situation was absolutely not nice. I had issue with charging my mobile phone. But was not sure it it is issue with my phone, cable or charger. I wanted to check if my cable is not the problem and asked receptionist to borrow for a moment (at the reception) USB cable. She confirmed that she had one but she will not give me as she won't go to the locked (at that moment there were two receptionist at the reception, so reception won't be abandoned without her). So in the end I had to buy one cable and I waste my money, as the problem was with the charger not the cable. I think that staff at the hotel should me more helpful for guests. And the other thing is that during breakfast we got a few times small paper were we could left the tip (we had to write down how much we want to give). We were really surprised when during check out they add to our bill taxed for these tips that we gave at breakfast. At least they should told us that giving tips means that we will have to pay more during check-out.

Good but spoilt by the experience in the same hotel a week later.

Pros: Reception staff were kind and let us check in early after a long overnight flight from Madrid. We were also able to leave our bags in storage while the room was being made ready so we could go out for breakfast, etc. The room was spacious and quiet facing the rear. Breakfast was really good with a lot of offer and eggs made to order. The hotel is in a nice, quiet and green part of Lima with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby.

Cons: Bathrooms are showing their age. Also not clear how to dispose of bathroom waste compared to the rest of Peru i.e. flush or put in bin for cleaners to collect. Lift from the lobby was also out of order on last day. The main criticism though would be the almost opposite experience (negative) the following week when staying in the same hotel again. There seems to be no consistency to service standards.

Fabulous restorative stay with fantastic food and comfort!

Pros: We loved absolutely everything about this hotel. From the incredibly kind staff at reception, in the restaurant and in the corridors to the food that was excellent (incredibly rich breakfast and top quality food in the restaurant for dinners) to the huge bedrooms with super comfy beds, the silence in the rooms, the great gym. We started and ended our trip in Peru at this hotel and were so looking forward to coming back at the end of a wonderful 2 week discovery of the country.

Pros: comfortable bed, clean, very friendly staff, fitness room, spacious room, good lighting, fresh drinking water every day

Cons: Disruptions for washing cloth, refilling mini bar, or to offer a cookie. The first time I went to bed early, and woke up by a very insistant loud knocking. another time, i wore noise canceling headphones and did not hear the knock, so they just barged into the room. for a cookie... unacceptable in my view. it should just be two normal knocks and if nobody opens just let it be. it's hard to remember putting the do-not-disturb sign out every evening after cleaning. also, there were problems at the beginning connecting to wifi. could be fixed, but doesn't seem like the most modern system. also, breakfast could be better. more vegetables, salt/pepper on table, and access to coffee w/o need of waiter. also, the rooms are not as well isolated from noise (inside and outside) as other hotels in lima (not as bad as other hotel either, it is a quite and nice neighborhood).

Wonderful experience in a great part of Lima

Pros: We had an amazing room. The staff was great and they upgraded us to a suite

Perfect stay for short or longer visit in Lima

Pros: Very friendly staff. Aswell on reception as in the restaurant. They make you feel welcome

Pros: Great location, close to several dining options, comfortable room, good water pressure, and nice facilities in general, including very nice breakfast

Cons: there was attempted fraud/scam on booking.com. I reported it to the Hotel, but i did not get a sense they were taking this seriously enough
