Quiet and comfortable boutique hotel in Sam Isidro, away from the milling tourist crowds from in more popular areas.

Pros: Large comfortable room in a quiet and safe location in Lima.

Cons: It would have been helpful if the property had information on local restaurants and supermarkets available in English given its location.

A good place to stay in San Isidro

Pros: Very clean and lovely garden with delightful small burds visiting the apple tree each morning. Room was large with lovely wooden floors. Relatively quiet

Cons: The entry beeper to call ...was heard at night a few times at very late hours.. As our room was close to the office...

Pros: Friendly , understanding staff , help with anything was no problem to them! Room and hotel were clean , tidy and comfortable

Pros: Casa Bella was a lovely place to stay during our time in Lima - the area was beautiful, safe and with lots to see and do in. The property itself is great with a lovely garden and we had a huge room with a fridge in! Michael was amazing throughout the stay - he helped us when a taxi driver didn’t have change which was so kind. We’re very grateful to him.

Cons: The breakfast could be a bit more plentiful but was still pretty good with fresh cooked eggs

Pros: Mickael was very helpful to answer all our questions during our stay. He also was instrumental with arranging a driver to go on a tour in the south. will return for sure.

Comfortable stay in a safe area of Lima

Pros: The outstanding feature of this hotel is the service provided by Michael the manager. He greets you like a long lost friend and he looks after you like you’re a part of the family. He certainly goes the extra mile to ensure your stay here as enjoyable as possible. It’s an old house with quaint features but everything you need is there. My room was enormous and the bathroom well equipped if a little dated. It’s located in a very quiet part of the city which is safe to walk in which is a major plus for me. There are plenty of restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance and Michael of course will recommend where to go. Likewise there is a big supermarket in that same area. Was delighted with my stay here and was quite sad to leave. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back or recommend it to other travellers.

Cons: There was nothing I disliked as such. Just be aware it’s not a modern building. There’s no lift to the upper floors but Michael and his team will carry heavy bags if you’re not able.

Lovely staff and a beautiful wee boutique.

Pros: Really lovely staff, Michael went above and beyond. They even gave us a very early check in when we arrived at 6am. Room was lovely and a great location. Also really cosy, beautiful communal spaces. Particularly good value for money.

Pros: Really lovely, friendly staff. Receptionist Michael was exceptional. He let me leave my luggage at the hotel after check out so that I could go and explore the city. The staff were contactable before the trip and answered every question I had. The hotel had a lovely garden green area to sit in for work or leisure. The breakfast was wholesome and had a good amount of fruit - I'm vegan.

Cons: Accidentally, I discovered a hole in the floor near my bed, covered by rug. Windows could do with some cleaning. And the lock in the door to my room was temperamental - for a solo female traveller it was important for me to know that if I locked the door, it would remain locked. I hope they sorted it out now.
