Pros: Well fitted out. Clean. Great breakfast options. Helpful staff. Suites are very good sized rooms. Modern. Well located, about 5 mins walk to major shopping mall.

Cons: Bit noisy at rush hour as on a busy junction and lots of horn blowing. Fair distance from airport, need to allow a lot of time if travelling at rush hour.

Cons: The pool is outside and with Lima's weather it was impossible to use it.

Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful. There were welcome cookies and bottled water in the room and it was good as we arrived late at night and good for snacks. They have great breakfast options and a beautiful dining room. The hotel is located in a good neighborhood and quiet area.

Cons: The bathroom has an old design, the shower place not kids or small size guest friendly as the bath tub is higher than normal. We have to be careful when we go in and out of the bath tub.

Super-comfortable 4-5 star hotel in San Isidro. A few small issues to fix

Pros: Very nice hotel, comfortable and luxurious rooms, good location, helpful staff

Cons: A few small things: several electrical sockets near the bed didn’t work (annoying for charging phone), and we couldn’t find a way to turn off one of the lightbulbs in the ceiling, so had to remove the keycard to disable all electrics. Also, the TV was not good - terrible choice of channels, outdated screen (HD TV, not 4k), no Netflix or Disney+ (Booking.com said it had streaming services). All of these are easily fixed, if so I wouldn’t hesitate to give 9 or 10/10

Pros: The hotel exceded my expectation, food, facilities and friendly staff .

Cons: The reason i booked this hotel was because it had free hotel shuttle advertised on booking after a 3 night stay but the hotel said they had no knowledge of the promocion
