Great staff and location

Pros: Welcoming staff allowed early check in after some flight stuff up. During the flight stuff up, they were also very responsive to emails. Helpful porters and free pisco sour/water/beer.

Pros: Very well located, good food, clean, spacious, and extremely helpful staff (especially Diana who took a lot of her time to fix some problems with the next hotel we booked in Cuzco where we had a reservation problem). Good breakfast.

Clean ans confortable

Pros: Everyone is very polite. The beds are super confortable. It was cold in Lima, but we barrely felt it inside the room. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was super complete, with no lactose milk and plant milk available, there were plenty of options for vegeterian diets too. The restaurant on the lobby was really good.

Cons: It's a bit far from the most turistic part like Miraflores and Barranco.

A nice stay!

Pros: We had a nice stay! The staff were friendly and very helpful with the information. The room was big enough and the breakfast was very tasty - lots of varieties. We've even got 30 minutes in the spa which was free of charge - 2 saunas and a jacuzzi. Only the location was a bit far away from the city center and other popular areas in Lima.

Pros: The best hotel in Lima. The spa area is a real gem - so clean and so warm. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are very comfortable. Delicious breakfast.
