Hotel Peru Real

Value for money and a great location

Pros: The Hotel is just a 5 minute walk from the Historical Centre and very near Wanchaq Station if you're going to Machu Picchu. Its within walking distance to Saqsaywaman, Cristo Blanco and Templo de la Luna, I walked to all three. Check in was easy, for safety the road door is locked, ring the bell and you'll be let in. You'll get a key for it with your room key. There's a lift or stairs to the rooms, the room was big, 2 double beds, the bedding was fresh, bed was comfy and very warm. The bathroom was clean, towels fresh, allow the shower water to run a while to get hot water. All is explained in English at Reception. Breakfast is opposite Reception, coffee, ham, cheese, bread, juice, choice of eggs and more. This was my second visit to Cusco, I wish I'd found this place before. Quiet, good location, polite and friendly staff, very good value for money.

Pros: Roberto is such a lovely and caring guy who did everything possible to make us feel comfortable. The rooms are quite ok, the breakfast is delicious, 24/7 they provide (coca) tea, coffee and water. You can book all kind of tours directly in the hotel and Roberto will take care of everything. The Wifi was very good. The rooms were cleaned every. Thanks to Roberto and John for making our stay so great.

Couldn't have asked for a better owner.

Pros: Roberto is the kindest, most helpful man. Nothing was too much trouble for him and made sure my stay was comfortable and easy. I was so grateful to him for the help he gave me. I kept extending and he was very accommodating.

Cons: I was cold but I was here in rainy season and it's to be expected. I thought I'd be cold at night as well but the bedding was really warm.

Perfect for a couple of nights in Puno

Pros: Roberto is the friendliest and most welcoming and helping host ever.

Cons: The bathroom ceiling was full of mold spots (not sure if active or inactive).

Pros: Clean, close to the town centre. Very nice owner, helpful to us too.

Pros: Roberto did everything to make our trip in Cusco pleasant and wonderful. He helped us to find best ways around the city and prepared us very well for the trip to Machu Picchu! Thanks a lot!!!

Exceptional customer service!

Pros: Great location and lovely staff. The place was nice and clean as well. Roberto does an exceptional customer service. He looked after me even before I arrived to Peru and helped me with things he didn’t have to. I booked all tours only thru them and they were awesome, very well spent money. If I’m in Peru again, I’m definitely staying there again. Thanks so much!

Pros: La Ubicación y estuvieron muy pendientes de la estadía, buena comunicación, señal de Wi Fi y Ascensor una habitan muy cómodamente el tercer piso.
