Hotel Waynapicchu

Pros: I really liked very helpful staff and the location is great. Cafe below, supermarket and bakery opposite the street and the centre about 10minutes

Cons: Unfortunately window view was a neighbouring wall. It was not a problem because the views are everywhere else :)

Pros: Everything... Staff was super friendly Really nice place to stay)

Over all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend Waynapicchu.

Pros: The staff were wonderful, very friendly, accommodating. They jumped to help with our luggage, and made us a lunch to take with us on our last day as we had to leave before breakfast. The room was clean, and the king sized bed was super comfortable!

Cons: We booked this room in particular for the jacuzzi tub. The staff person showed us how to operate it when we were checking in, and it seemed that everything would be fine. Unfortunately, after filling it to just barely above the jets, the water was Cold! It was hot when it started filling, but it seems that hot water tank in the hotel is not big enough to fill the Jacuzzi which was quite disappointing after all of our hiking. The room itself also got quite cool/cold at night. There was a portable radiator that helped. This is probably common in Peru, and I am just spoiled with having heat on demand. Lastly, the only plug-ins that we could find in the room were inconveniently located on the wall on the other side of the raise area where the table and chairs are. It worked fine, just a bit awkward to get to.

Pros: The staff was lovely and the room super cosy. I could rest so well! And the breakfast is great. Also, it's perfectly located so you can access everything easily. I would recommend 100%.

Pros: The room was beautiful, the staff was extremely accommodating and went out of their way to help us even if we didn't ask. Really beautiful hotel.

Pros: I stayed 2 nights in suite with jacuzzi bath tub- spacious room with fridge and table and super comfy bed with feather duvet and pillows and latex moulded pillows too.

Cons: This fantastic room was on a busy street side so light sleepers should wear earplugs.

Pros: This property is a 20 min walk away from historical centre. It has convenience of being opposite a supermarket. You hear a lot of street traffic at night from one side of the rooms. Furniture is all a bit faded glory - you can see it was once a smart hotel in its day but despite being a little faded and old fashioned, it’s clean, very comfortable beds and fresh linen. The staff are amazing!

Pros: Excellent value, great location, welcoming and friendly staff who willingly helped with tour issues, so very kind.

Cons: No faults, only praise. I only wish I had stayed another night there.

Pros: The staff, the location and the cleanliness. All 11/10 it was a very lovely stay ❤️

Cons: No elevators. The altitude sickness will get you plus the hike to the 4th floor. The room is a bit small. No area to open 2 L luggages. And no shelves to put your toiletries once u'r in the bathroom.

Pros: Amazing stay ! They got us at the airport and offered coca yea upon arrival ! Got hot water which feels rare for Cusco :p
