Perfect Cusco stay

Pros: Staff were amazing. So polite and friendly. Great English. Helpful with so many things. Excellent location. Immaculate rooms. Softest towels ive had in a hotel in years. High value for money. I'm going back!

Great location

Pros: Great location, right by plaza de Armas. They do a breakfast box if you are leaving early.

Cons: No sign to the hotel so hard to find first time. Toilet paper is 1 ply only. The breakfast is small if you order from the menu E.g eggs and toast comes as the equivalent of 1 egg scrambled and a small piece of banana bread. If there hadn’t been a buffet where you could get bread I would have been hungry.

Amazing hotel, comfortable and excellent breakfast

Pros: I loved the hotel, it’s a huge house with a large restaurant area and many other common areas with sofas, games, etc. The room was spacious, with 3 double beds super comfy and warm. They helped us to book a ground floor bedroom so that my mom didn’t have to climb the stairs every day. The bathroom was enormous, with bathtub and shower, hot water working perfectly 24h. Good quality towels too. They provided a heater that worked perfectly to warm up the whole room. The breakfast was incredible, all the options were delicious, and if you need to leave early, they give you a box to go (not the same quality though, I strongly recommend to take the delicious breakfast served in the restaurant). Everyone was very attentive and extremely kind.

Cons: The bath sink got clogged 2 times, seems there was a problem in the building and not particularly in our room.

Pros: 1.)Chris gave us the best queen room. 2.)Chris was the most helpful frontliner of the hotel. 3.) Very chic hotel and close enough to all touristic places.

Cons: Some level of noise from backpackers even at 11 pm. Limited choice of meals at the restaurant.
