Charm in the old town.

Pros: The best sheets were luxurious! The location is charming. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was simple but satisfying (cereal, bread, fruit, yogurt, ham and cheese). Excellent view from breakfast room. Close to all the sites.

Cons: No elevator but this is the old town so not expected. Staff helped with bags.

A good little hotel in a central location

Pros: Small hotel in a conveniently central location. The room was somewhat basic, but had everything necessary. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons: The shower should have had warmer water, and there were no outside views from the windows. Ventilation window to the central patio meant that sounds could be heard easily between different rooms.

Great location for stay in Cusco.

Pros: Great location and breakfast was enjoyable. We had a tour of 4 days booked and was able to leave our luggage for our return which we had a further night booked. Perfect for your stay in Cusco.

Pros: The hotel is in a central location and the breakfast is quite good. The staff are helpful and we were able to leave our luggage while on a tour.

A hotel where we felt comfortable and well taken care of.

Pros: After the bad experience we had with our first hotel in Cusco, this one felt like a real gem. The staff were very attentive and professional, and we felt welcome and safe at all times.

Cons: Breakfast was not fully ready at the starting time; the hot dishes were served about 20 minutes later.

I have enjoy it, surely I will reserve again. in the near future.

Pros: I please with th help of the staff. with safety. But one thing I wasn't happy with asking me to pay the pick up taxi from the Airport, unfortunately I was not able to see, eventhough I have waited enough time. finally I had to take any available taxi to get to my destination.

Cons: I liked very much with other member of the from desk. much kinds specially a lady...?

Basic but ok for a short stay

Pros: The property is well located in the historical center. The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful and nice.

Cons: The hotel is a bit basic. Some of the rooms do not have windows or any way to ventilate. There are some gaps over the door that do not always open but always transfer light from the lobby.The radiator in my room was not working but the staff replaced it immediately.
