Amazing stay in Cusco
Pros: Everything was perfect… the room, the building, location, breakfast, services. We appreciated how you could have access all day to hot water to make mate to help with altitude sickness. Also, they helped us organize a tour of the Sacred Valley less than one day in advance at a reasonable price and it was amazing.
Cons: It would have been a 10 if not for this one thing: we had one night booked where we actually stayed at Machu Picchu. We left the sign to not disturb as we left most of our belongings at Tariq, and when we came back we noticed the staff cleaned the room and moved our things around. As someone who deeply cares about privacy when traveling, it was quite upsetting to notice the staff disregarded our request to not enter the room.

Pros: Very friendly and welcoming staff. High standard of service, cleanliness and comfort. Breakfast excellent. We are GF Coeliacs and were able to avail of GF food. Free access to tea and water throughout the day was relaxing and homely
Cons: Everything was great. A really nice place to stay in Cuzco.

Fabulous, welcoming hotel with good facilities
Pros: A lovely relaxing hotel in an area close to restaurants, rooms very welcoming. A good breakfast and tea and water always available.
Cons: The family room was right by the front door and reception which meant there was often noise early morning

Super highly recommended!
Pros: The staff is extremely nice and try their best to accomandate your needs. Both the location and infrastructure are perfect. The rooms are wide and very clean and you can enjoy a fresh and tasty breakfast on the last floor looking at Cusco surroundings and Mountains.
Cons: Nothing. It has been perfect!

Lovely boutique hotel.
Pros: It's a lovely boutique hotel in a quiet street. It's very near the central plaza and there are many places to eat and drink nearby. Our room had an amazing view over Cusco and at night when everything was lit up in the town, the view ws even more spectacular. The staff were absolutely wonderful.
Cons: The mornings were very cold, so the rooms would benefit from having a heater.

Pros: Super cute hotel in the San Blas area of Cusco. The staff was willing to keep out bags overnight while we were in Aguas Calientes (we did two different bookings) and they had tea available 24/7. The common areas were quite nice and the view was stunning
Cons: Our first room didn't have heating (mind that August is winter in Peru) so taking the shower was hard, while the second had little space for the luggage. Fortunately we only had one suitcase
