Pros: Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is large enough for 3 people. Although the hotel is located at mid hill high, still conveniently to walk to every shops and restaurants. It's value for money.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: I loved the location, 10 min walk to central square, very pleasant and helpful staff, mattress was excellent, very good breakfast. I also enjoyed the tea bar available 24/7.

Good place to rest and good breakfast

Pros: The best thing was the the customer service and Wagner: his attention to detail was excellent. He went above and beyond to ensure I was feeling good as I got very sick in the last night: he gave us blankets and tea and made sure we could take our taxi. Wagner is amazing and this place wouldn’t be the same without him

Cons: The noisy tourists who spoke between rooms with doors open until the early hours in the morning

I will go back whenever I'm in Cusco

Pros: Perfect. Location, breakfast, staff, safety. It's a big house with many hallways, sofa places where to rest or chill, a nice front yard, well located in Saint Blas. The suite has a jacuzzi in the room, and after an Inca trail, well, that's where you want to be! Beds are super comfortable.

Cons: Some single rooms have no windows, you may want to pay a bit more to get a room with a window.

Pros: Great location at San Blas neighbourhood, close to many bars and restaurants and a short walk from the main square Good breakfast Friendly staff Spacious family room with two double beds and one single bed, and a terrace Nice peaceful garden with hammocks

Cons: It wasn't a problem for us, but for some people the uphill walk from the main square to the hotel might be difficult

Pros: We had a wonderful stay, the staff was exceptionally helpful and always friendly. The breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, toppings, hot and cold bar, sweets etc. It its located in the cutest part of town, many veggie restaurants close by.

Cons: Everything was great, rooms were cold at night but there were heaters. You might have to carry your suitcase for a bit, bigger cars dont fit into this street.
