I’d happily stay here again! Great staff, location and value

Pros: The staff are lovely and so very helpful. The hotel is in a fantastic location and very pretty. The rooms were well appointed and great value.

Cons: The double bed we had was ok, but every time one person moved the whole bed rock & rolled. Everything else was great.

Pros: I don't usually leave reviews, but this hotel deserves it. Perfect quiet location, excellent staff, excellent breakfast. We really appreciated 3 nights of quietness after 5 other hotels in Peru which have driven us a bit mad due to the constant noise.

Cons: Small plumbing issues in the bathroom.

Pros: This was a really beautiful comfortable hotel. We had stayed somewhere else in Cusco which was lovely, but this surpassed it in terms of added extras.

Cons: In bathroom there is mold, they should treat it because it is shame very nice hotel with great stuff and then you find everywhere mold in the bathroom. Guys take care of it! It is very important health wise!

Pros: Absolutely amazing stay! I spent 2 nights here, and everything exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, close to the main attractions, but still quiet and peaceful at night. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The breakfast is good. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. They made me feel truly at home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cusco.

Pros: This hotel is great! The staff is very friendly and always helpfull. Hotel is in a very good location in the San Blas area only 5 min walking distance from the main square. It's located in a quiet street so there's no noise nuisance. There are a lot of restaurants and shops in de neighbourhood. The breakfast is delicious and extensive. The daily cleaning of the rooms is also good. The beds are very comfortable and there is also a heater in the room present. Shower is great with a powerful and hot waterbeam. Free luggage storage is also available if needed.

Cons: There were a couple of things broken in one of our rooms like a lamp and the fan in the bathroom, but this was no issue as the hotelstaff swiftly fixed everything. The only real issue we encountered was that the airport taxi, which we arranged through the hotel, was too small for a group of 4 persons with 4 big suitcases and 4 carry-ons. So unfortunately it wasn't a comfortable ride to the airport for us due to this.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet neighbourhood

Pros: Beautiful hotel in a great location. Rooms are spacious and have heaters. The bed is big and comfortable. Very good breakfast with a variety of different options. The staff is kind and friendly. Great place to stay in Cusco!

A great place to stay where you will be cared for.

Pros: Great room and staff. Staff were extremely helpful and were quick to respond to our needs. Great breakfast with lots of choice. Also my sincere thanks to Sharmely who was exceptional and her attention to ensuring our stay was pleasant. Thank you.

Pros: Location was excellent. Close to the centre of Cusco but in a quieter area. Room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast didn’t cater fully for vegans but it was ok. I had avocado kindly prepared by the sweet waitress when she realised I couldn’t eat the platter they offered. There were breads and delicious homemade jams and cereal. Unfortunately no plant based milk but i used hot water to make a quinoa porridge and it was fine. I completely forgot about the checkout time but it wasn’t a problem and the member of staff Maria Luisa allowed me to take a quick shower and arranged a taxi to the airport for me. I was so grateful for that. (Thank you Maria!). I look forward to staying there again when i return to Cusco

Cons: the courtyard was a little noisy for a few hours outside my room in the afternoon which was very close to reception

Wonderful hotel in central cusco, location and staff are great!

Pros: Great location, quality bedding and towels for a very comfortable stay! We loved it so much we came back for a further 3 nights (5nights total).

Cons: Tiny improvements can be made on breakfast: Get better, fresh bread ! That would make the world of difference compared to the current stale buns that crumble as soon as you try to cut them or bite in.
