Solid value stay

Pros: Helpful staff, breakfast was alright/good, rooms are slightly cold but they provide heaters.

Cons: No complaints. Hotel is placed on steeper side of the city, but thats just Cusco in general.

A great conversion of an old historic building, excellent staff, location ideal close to main square and main attraction

Pros: Another great conversion by Tierra Viva Cusco San Blas. We were told it was previously an old monastery and the conversion has been done with taste and creativity Good location, close to main square and many restaurants , bars and main attractions. Good price for a superior product.

Pros: Very kind staff! The room was clean and comfortable. San Blas is also a nice location.

Solid choice in great location

Pros: Great location, helpful staff, spacious room and bathroom, good shower pressure, comfortable bed, good breakfast, unlimited coca and mint tea

Cons: Courtyard facing room meant hearing noise from staff and other guests starting between 6 and 7am, bathroom ventilation could have been better, supplied electric heater kept room warm at night, but dried out the air.

Pros: This is a fabulous hotel in the San Blas neighbourhood, which is just up the hill from the main square but a great location for beautiful shops, cafes and restaurants. The staff are lovely and so helpful, they put us in touch with a wonderful driver who took us to Ollantaytambo via a sacred valley tour. They stored most of our luggage for a couple of days while we visited Machu Picchu. The rooms are spacious, warm, spotlessly clean and with lovely decor. Couldn’t ask for more. The photos don’t do it justice.

Pros: The room was overall specious and comfortable. We had a kind size bed that was very large. The bathroom was large and clean. The shower pressure was very strong which was amazing. The staff were all very friendly and the receptionist was helpful to fix a booking issue that had occurred by our fault. We also asked for a breakfast box when we left to do our trip to Machu Picchu, which they did and was greatly appreciated.

Cons: The internet connection was pretty bad at most times in our room. We either had to sit next to the door or sit outside. Also, the window of our room was facing the common area on the first floor, which gives no privacy if the curtains are opened.

Perfect choice

Pros: Great location near to great restaurants, shops and quaint streets. We found the room very quiet at night, Staff were excellent with everything such as leaving our luggage for two days. Breakfast was the best we had in Sputh America with cooked eggs plus other hot choices, oats and other grains, yoghurt, fresh bread, jams and marmalade and most important, very good coffee. There was free Muna and Coca tea all day. Room was very spacious and a very high standard. Perfect
