Fantastic place!

Pros: The hotel is lovely and clean. The staff was absolutely fantastic and helpful. I highly recommend this place. The location is amazing, plenty of cafes, restaurants and little nice shops around it. Very close to the main plaza.

Cons: The staff was absolutely helpful and made sure I had a great experience.

Pros: The room was big enough for two; it had two heaters which was great! It was lovely to have hot water for tea etc, the room and decor was cute; breakfast was fine simple. Will stay there again!

Cons: It took some time for the hot water to heat up in the shower a bit of noise early in the morning when the staff arrived for their shift work.

Fantastic Staff and Super Location

Pros: Fabulous staff, a great location, great breakfast, comfortable beds and warm rooms (heaters provided). Wifi was reliable.

Cons: The sound carried quite a lot, but most people were respectably quiet at night.

Pros: Location is up the hill so the view is good, many restaurant and shops around the streets

Cons: Since its up the hill its hard to come back if you want to go to the main attraction like plaza de armas.

Great location in historic centre

Pros: Great location in tiny cobbled streets of historic San Blas. Staff were really helpful. Liked having tea available in the central atrium. Breakfast bags supplied for early start trips.

Cons: Breakfast was a bit sparce in that they ran out and plates empty if you turned up at the wrong time. Shower took 5 mins to get warm water. Can get a bit noisy if you have a room on to the street but it didn't keep us awake.

Pretty clean hotel, not a good road for minivan pickups.

Pros: Pretty, clean private room. San Blas is a nice area. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons: Not a good road if you need a pickup in a minivan as they aren’t able to get up it.

Lovely hotel with friendly helpful team

Pros: Great hotel. Beds were comfortable, breakfasts were lovely and fresh, showers were hot and with good pressure. Staff were always friendly and helpful.

Cons: We had 2 stays - the ‘standard double’ would be better described as ‘compact double’ to manage expectations. We upgraded to superior double for our second stay and that was excellent.

Incredible place in a dreamy location.

Pros: What a great place to stay in the beautiful San Blas area. Who doesn't want to wander beautiful cobblestoned streets and stay in a great location! Staff were amazing, can't say enough about the great reception. Rooms are beautiful, heaters provided in the rooms. There are great restaurants just steps away from the hotel. We stayed twice and loved the whole vibe of the hotel and location

Cons: Nothing, superb in every respect.

Pros: The staff are super nice and helpful. Even though the room doesn't have a heating system, they provided a mobile AC unit for heating. The bed is super comfortable, and everything is clean.
