excellent hosts, fascinating animals, friendly team, clean rooms, we felt like family!

Pros: Super welcoming hosts, no ask too big, fun host animals - talking parrot, friendly dog, fluffy cat my daughter and I were treated like family - the hosts got on the phone to help translate with our tour guide, gave us directions, helped us with shopping and even waited up late for us! we felt SUPER SAFE, and really looked after. we are both vegan and the hosts found beautiful food for a fresh breakfast for us, they also offer a dining room we could use any time, with free tea and coffee facilities and everything you would want for a ‘picnic’. Highly recommended - we loved it so much we will be back, it’s our base in Cuzco now!

Cons: nothing - they are wonderful and make a HUGE effort to help you get your bearings and make the most out of your stay

Pros: This family run hostel was great value for money Guido was very helpful throughout our stay Breakfast was made to order and excellent Location is good twenty minutes walk to Plaza de Armas Staff includes resident Parrot who greeted us with Holas when we saw him

Pros: Convenient location - 10 minutes walk to the railway station and bus station, close to the airport. Clean room, comfortable bed and new bed linen. A pleasant host, helped with everything. Thank you very much, I recommend it)

Pros: The host is extremely nice and helpful. The location is not so far away from the airport and the main square. The rooms are cozy and clean. The breakfast is amazing. Friendly animals!

Guido ères perfecto !

Pros: El hotel es cálido y limpio, la cama muy cómoda. Guido es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a atender cualquier solicitud. El desayuno se prepara al momento según las necesidades y es muy bueno. ¡Muy recomendable!
