A delightful stay!
Pros: Home from home. Great breakfast … kind and caring staff. Had our first night here and cancelled our other posh hotel as we enjoyed it so much!
Cons: In the era of good coffee a proper coffee service in the morning would be the cherry on the top. Plenty of great coffee shops nearby.

Lovely quiet hotel in Cusco
Pros: We loved the quiet ambience of the hotel - the resident alpaca Kiki is also so cute. The cooking class and cocktail making class run by the hotel were so much fun and we really enjoyed our breakfasts there too! We also got a bottle of water in the room each day which was really appreciated. We did our laundry there too after the Inca trail trek and reception organised this to be done within a day.
Cons: The shower was a bit tricky to work but once we got it going the water pressure and temperature were great!

Probably not value for money
Pros: There was a free pick up from the airport that was very smooth and made the start really good. Especially as a family with kids. The hotel is cute. It’s in a good location. The reception staff speak very good English. The room we had , felt more like a motel, small and window was facing to the restaurant so not private. Not fridge in the room. Wifi keeps cutting out. Breakfast was great. Well presented and tasty.
Cons: There is a false advertising that lots is happening in the hotel like cooking class, music, and in the end. There was nothing. The sign is in your face in a big A frame with times, but misleading as nothing is actually going. I am not sure why the owner of the hotel /manager wants it there. But be aware of this is the WHY you chose to come.

Pros: The attention to detail was greatly appreciated. From the time we arrived, Cesar made the check-in process as comfortable as possible. The welcome packages in each room were so sweet (literally and figuratively) and the fact that they even went as far as to place hot water bottles at the foot of the bed made sleeping even better at that altitude and cooler temperature. Staff were beyond accommodating and friendly and you can't forget Kiki, the alpaca ♥️. Meals were delicious. Fresh fruit, juice and bread were always present.
Cons: The meat/ warm selections at breakfast are often in limited supply.

Amazing location and staff. Love Kiki the pet alpaca. Would highly recommend for a stay in Cusco.
Pros: An amazing hotel - staff are amazing and so helpful, great breakfast and rooms were lovely. Kiki the hotel baby alpaca is so gorgeous. Great location within walking distance to the main square. Highly recommend for a stay in Cusco.
Cons: Can be a little noisy depending on what room you get - we were in the court yard.

Pros: We chose this hotel for the second time during our travels between Machu Picchu and Puerto Maldonado, and once again it proved to be an excellent choice. The location is perfect, the cleanliness is impeccable, and the breakfast offers plenty of delicious options and also fast airport transfers.
