Very nice hotel, close to the center

Pros: The hotel was better than expected. Well maintained and really good-looking. Our room was fairly big, bathroom was very nice. The lobby/restaurant looked great. There were free teas available all the time. Only a short walk away from the centre. The staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good, especially the juices and fruits.

Cons: Breakfast was not ready on time. It was about 10 minutes late. It should not be a big deal normally, but when you on the clock, it could be a problem. Would make sense to serve breakfast even earlier as we so multiple people leaving for a day trip without having a chance to eat.

Pros: The hotel was good but there was a lot of noise coming from outside from all tourists waking up at 4 AM. The doors' isolation was bad. The rest was very good.

Friendly and helpful staff, , good location and good breakfast.

Pros: Staff were helpful and called the airline after we got unsatisfactory response from the airline when our baggage did not arrive.

Cons: Room was quite small.

Good value and nice hotel

Pros: I was there twice, so I was pleased. Beautiful building, peaceful neighbourhood and easy short walk to old centre. Clean rooms, no bugs. Good shower. Nice beds, pillows and linen. Good value for your money. They were flexible and I got early check~iin as soon it was possible.

Cons: Staff is nice and friendly, but not always so professional. I have to clear out several times my second booking, the days and the price, and still they walk to my room cause another one thought I have leff. And before that, on the very first morning serviceman walk to my room, I dont know why. These Just tells, the control system doesnt work.
