Quechua Hotel Cusco

Pros: We had a great stay at Quechua. The hotel is very central, the facilities are well maintained, and the room was spotless. It was cleaned and organized every day. Breakfast was complete, with a wide variety of options for different tastes. We also used the laundry service (paid), which was excellent: from one day to the next, all our clothes were washed, dried, and neatly folded. A special mention to Paolo, who was extremely kind and helped store our luggage on check-out day so we didn’t have to carry our backpacks around. The entire staff was very attentive. Highly recommended.

Was a pleasant and amazing stay!

Pros: The property was impeccable and the ambient was calmed. Also was 1min away from San Pedro market and 7mins from the main square which make it very close to every single sight seen. The breakfast was good for the value and with many options. César and Ronal made everything goes smooth and were helpful. Overall was a very pleasant stay and for sure we will come back!

Great front desk

Pros: The friendliness of the front desk, especially Junior, Jesus and Paul, great people, thankyou for such huge efforts to sort everything out👍

Cons: You have to ask to get the hot water and the radiator switched on, but hey, once you figure that it, it works 👍

Pros: Paul , Jesus , Cristian were great and of great help

Cons: Room was abit moist and humid

Good Hotel

Pros: The reservation and the room was so good. The bed was really comfy and they didn’t made any noise. Even the neighborhood was very quiet. The water is really warm and there were shampoo and conditioner that we were able to use. Also, the workers named Paul and Junior they were really nice and made our check in and check out really fast. I totally recommend this place when you visit Cusco.

The best staff I've ever dealt with.

Pros: I loved the staff, more than anything. It's well located and very clean.

Cons: My first room( #204) was awful. The economic room was the worst place I've ever stayed at. The window doesn't open, and the bathroom has no place to put anything, such as a toothbrush. We had to change rooms. After the change, it was very good.

Pros: A pleasant stay, centrally located and easy access to the main Cusco attractions. Reasonably good breakfast provided with room rental. Paul and Junior were exceptionally helpful at the front desk. Pleasant to talk to and very helpful and arranging things. Good value for the money.

Cons: No real dislikes

Pros: The location is excellent as its literally few minutes walk from San Pedro train station. We booked this place as our one night stop after Machu Picchu and loved every bit of it. Breakfast was superb with many options. Staff was extremely helpful and polite. Special mention for Paul, Junior and Ronald. These people deserve a praise making our stay comfortable. Will totally recommend this hotel for cusco stay as its very clean and no sewerage smell as we encountered in our previous hotel.

Cons: Nothing except kids felt wifi was patchy

Well localted and friendly staff

Pros: Staff are super friendly. Paul and Cesar were helpful all the time. The Hotel is well located, especially if you want to take the train in San Pedro station. Breakfast is good with different options. Bed are really comfortable.

Cons: Some of the plugs dont work.

Pros: The spa (jacuzzi) inside our family room was amazing and handy!
