Great!

Pros: Breakfast was good, staff was very friendly and helpful and location is wonderful! The property is beautiful and exudes immense character and charm

Cons: Housekeeping services could have been better. Cups/water in the room was not replenished

Make sure you get a courtyard room

Pros: The best aspect was its location in the town centre and the beautiful building with fabulous flowery courtyards.

Cons: Our room was right at the back overlooking a noisy side street. We were subjected to cars driving over a loose drain cover and dogs barking all night. Only got 3 hours sleep. Not acceptable

Lovely unique surroundings, clean comfortable hotel.

Pros: Lovely unique surroundings. Clean, comfortable. Quiet even though near the San Pedro market and handy for the railway station next door. 15 minute walk into the main square of Cusco.

Unique stay in Cusco

Pros: Such a unique place to stay. The staff is super nice. The breakfast is great. Loved the spa (they do monthly offers!). Right in the center of town - so great.

A good choice in Cusco

Pros: The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and very peaceful, despite it being opposite the local market. The showers had very hot water and the room was spacious with comfortable beds. Breakfast was also great. They allowed us to store our luggage for free during 4 days while we went on a trek.

Cons: You can hear noise from the rooms above/next door, but not excessive.

Good location and awesome SPA

Pros: Very good location. Right next to San Pedro station. Staff were kind and responsive. Breakfast was rich, loved it! SPA in the hotel was recommendable :)
