Lovely Cusco accommodation
Pros: Quechua ApartHotel was everything we needed for our stay. Conveniently located to San Pedro market, supermarket, and a short walk to Plaza de Armas. Staff were friendly and attentive, always available, very kind. The room was clean and presentable, beds comfortable with blankets provided. Bathroom was hygienic, hot water in shower. Room was cleaned daily, staff very respectful of personal belongings. Breakfast was good - buffet selection of breads, fruits, eggs, hot meal options, cereal and beverages. Coca leaves generously provided to make tea for relieving altitude symptoms. I like the hot water urn in dining area to make cup of tea throughout the day π Would definitely return/recommend.
Cons: Everything was great

Highly recommend this hostel
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, helped me with my heavy backpacks, had simple take away breakfast bags for my early morning tours, very fresh and delicious and healthy breakfast, very clean coca tea leaves kept in container (compared to many other hotels where they just left the coca tea leaves outside)

Perfect base for Cusco exploring
Pros: Well located right next to central market. Quiet. Great being able to cook, well equipped. Comfortable bed. Good free breakfast. Very helpful staff, particularly when we had to return in middle of night due to logistical issue. Stored our bags for 5 days free of charge.
Cons: Old fashioned decor in rooms, very dated. Sofa and dining table and chairs not comfortable. Shower took up to 5-15 mins to heat up but good once working!

Very nice & comfortable apartment hotel
Pros: Kevin at the front desk was very helpful with the payment for taxis. Very nice breakfast with variety of foods. Coca leaves to make hot tea. The hotel is across the street from a large market and a block away from the supermarket. Well equipped kitchen. We were able to leave luggage that we didn't want to take to Aguas Caliente.

Great location and spacious apartment
Pros: Very helpful staff. Kevin at the front desk asked us when we checked-in how we were. We had never been at such a high altitude before so didn't know if we would get altitude sickness and it was nice to be asked how we were doing. There are coca leaves in the breakfast room to make tea. The breakfast was really nice with lot's of fresh fruit, cooked eggs. toast etc. The best during our 14 day stay in Peru. We were able to leave some luggage at the hotel to collect when we returned from Machu Picchu and spent another night here.
Cons: The hotel's a 20 minute walk to the bus station to catch the train to Aguas Caliente.

Pros: The room was very clean, the shower was hot and the room too as there was electrical heating and double blankets. We felt safe in the area and to let our stuff in the hotel. The breakfast is a very nice buffet and when we had to leave early for day trips, they prepared us a correct breakfast box to go.
Cons: Our room was located on the ground floor and very early in the morning we could hear the people leaving for day trips talking in the street just in front of our room. There was also a small window from our room to the hotel hall and when people switched on the light (in the middle of the night or super early in the morning), we were disturbed during our sleep. This is regrettable but overall we were very glad about our stay at Quechua hotel.
