Good place to stay to do tours. Good facilities.

Pros: The room is clean and comfy. Decent breakfast. The staff are really friendly. The heater is super useful during the cold nights.

Cons: Can be noisy at nights from the streets.

Pros: Great location, good breakfast, lovely old building but very well kept. Room was spacious and good facilities.

Cons: There was an issue with hot water on the first night. Rang reception, and they mentioned it would be ready in 20 minutes but didn't ring back up to check, and approx hour later, it was still cold, and I had to leave having a cold showing. Minor imconvienance, but any call to reception to alert of an issue should warrent a follow-up from them to ensure the issue was resolved

Pros: All the staff were incredibly friendly — always making sure we were having the best time, not just at the hotel but also in Cusco. Special shoutout to Bryan and Eduardo!

Pros: The team was extremely friendly, the hotel building itself is unique and elegant, views over the city are amazing.

Cons: I personally missed having an electrical socket by the bed, also the curtains were not thick enough to block the morning sunlight (which starts coming through at around 5am in Cuzco)

Pros: Super friendly staff and great location! Simply but very tasty breakfast. We stayed in two different rooms and if possible / available, I would recommend to go for the deluxe room - the bed was very large and comfy.

Cons: Water pressure and temperature of the shower could be a bit better :)

Confortável ótimo custo benefício

Pros: Conforto, limpeza e funcionários ótimos . Cama super confortável, banheiro e chuveiro maravilhoso, tem shampoo, condicionador e sabonete de qualidade!

Cons: No meu quarto tinha um doente pintado na parede, não curti kkk, fiquei no 3 andar e na primeira noite as luzes do corredor ficaram acessas atrapalhando pra dormir. A localização tbm é um ponto, pq o hotel fica no alto, para pessoas com dificuldade pode ser ruim, mas o hotel está bem próximo à praça das armas.

Pros: Het uitzicht over Cusco, gastvrijheid, mogelijkheid tot ontbijtpakket als je vroeg weggaat op excursie, hulp bij tillen koffers naar boven.
