Great stay

Pros: Very nice rooms, big and comfortable, great value and a prime location near the city center The staff itself is also extremely nice and helpful. Since we came off season and the hotel wasn’t crowded they upgraded us to a way better room with a king sized bed and a jacuzzi! They also kept our luggage a couple of times as we left for different activities, and had waiting in the room for us when we came back. Overall - definitely recommended

Cons: The walls are a bit thin and it can get a bit noisy at times Breakfast is quite simple and is only offered from 07:00-09:30

Pros: El hotel está ubicado en una calle tranquila alejada del ruido, nos ayudaron con los tours en cusco y todo estuvo excelente nos ayudaron con recomendaciones en cusco y disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estadía ahí , sin duda volvería siempre .

Recomiendo el hotel

Pros: Las personas que nos atendieron fueron muy amables, buen desayuno, muy buena ubicación cerca de todo a pocos pasos.

Cons: Nos hospedamos en 2 habitaciones diferentes, una de ellas, la número 301, la cual presenta mal olor como de sifón (cañería) y no lo lograron resolver.

Pros: Ubicación perfecta, accesible y a pasos de la Plaza de Armas, NO se siente ruido externo. Atención del personal A1, super amables y atentos. Habitación e instalaciones muy cómodas y se nota que cuidan el hotel. Desayuno muy rico y consistente. Calidad-precio de buen nivel. Muy recomendado y sin duda volvería!

Cons: Todo espectacular, que sigan así! Prometo que vuelvo con amigos y familia.
