Wayna Boutique Hotel

Nice place and comfortable

Pros: The rooms were quite comfortable and the installation was good, the staff was very professional and collaborative. Very good breakfast.

Pros: Great location, friendly stuff. They offered us better room. Good brekfast and breakfast take away better than in many places.

Cons: No window in the bathroom and no place to put suitcase or to hang the jackets or the towels. Just one hairdryer for the whole hotel. What has of the boutique hotel is just a name.

Great rooms and Great Value

Pros: The lovely couple managing the property were absolutely wonderful, always cheerful, always helpful. The rooms were spacious, lots of natural light and a decent shower. Bed was comfortable, they cleaned the rooms every day. Cleaning staff were so nice and respectful, doing a great job. The breakfast was served outdoors like a rooftop, absolutely beautiful views. Cooked breakfast, fresh fruit/juices. Great location, close to good eating places and good value for money. Please note there is no elevator if you have a suitcase. My only recommendation is a larger bathmat for the shower.

Pros: The room was big enough to open the luggages and have spare space. The breakfast was small but nice and the view from the restaurant was nice as well

Cons: The room is not a bit insulated for noise, and the street is pretty noisy, many cars music and people. Once when we tried to shower at 5am we couldn't get hot water, the next day the staff said that we should open the water for longer

Good value for money in Cusco

Pros: A comfy bed and clean room and bathroom, great location and friendly staff.

Cons: The light from the corridor was shinning thru the privacy windows, and there was no way of blocking the light at all. Must sleep in a facemask.

Muy buena ubicación y relación calidad-precio

Pros: Destaca la ubicación y la disponibilidad del personal. El desayuno también estaba rico, y con bonitas vistas. Además, cuentan con ducha con agua caliente con buena presión.

Cons: Se escuchaba bastante ruido de la calle por las noches (en fin de semana) y las cortinas tampoco aislaban bien la luz, por lo que era fácil despertarse con el amanecer, sobre las 5:30. El baño tendía a inundarse con la ducha (tenía una mampara que no cerraba completamente). Por otra parte, aunque ofrecían posibilidad de lavandería (fuera del hotel), algunas prendas volvieron con más manchas de las que tenían, probablemente por la secadora.

Bonito lugar

Pros: La ubicación es muy buena, para aquellos que queremos quedarnos más en el centro de Cusco. Tiene una bonita vista desde la terraza, que es donde está el restaurante.

Cons: Estuvo bueno, solo que no tiene elevador.

Muy Bien!

Pros: El lugar es excelente, la higiene es mejor, se proporciona jabón, champú y toallas limpias siempre que se necesiten. La ubicación es perfecta, la playa de Armas está a 4 minutos a pie. ¡Una cálida recomendación! 😊

Pros: This was one of the best option in Cusco, place is nice, very confortable and staff is very nice. I was very satisfied with room. I have booked this last minute and such a great score on this! Breakfast was suuuper good!
