Stay here. Excellent!!

Pros: Breakfast was superb! Staff was super welcoming and heartwarming. Very accommodating and hospitable. Rate was very affordable especially since we were so close to centre of Cusco and walking distance to many attractions. Highly recommend the quadruple rooms. The view was amazing on the third floor. If we ever get back to Cusco, we will be staying here!! (This also coming from a picky person.)

Pros: The location amd setting were supera. The staff were delightful and extremely helpful with everything.

Pros: Very nice hotel in great localization. Beautiful colonial-style room. Comfortable bed, heating, and a hot, powerful shower. Delicious buffet breakfasts and excellent coffee. Friendly service.

Cons: Internet problems. I recommend earplugs - it's an old building with wooden ceilings, so you can hear everything.

Pros: Omg the bed is so comfy amazing staff and I love the decoration in the hotel colonial style No safe in the room I asked before staying and they told me there was a safe but there was not so I had to use my suitcase with a combination lock. No wardrobes provided and no bathrobes not a deal breaker but it would have been nice. Bruno on Reception was fantastic he speaks fairly good English and was very helpful during our stay. Nice breakfast provided. Very empathetic towards my altitude sickness I was very sick. 😞

Cons: No safe in the room, I think this should be provided. No wardrobes so I could not unpack my suitcase

Luxurious hotel

Pros: The hotel is absolutely beautiful red and gold and luxurious. Breakfast was plentiful and 😋 delicious. Good location too. Around 10-15 mins by taxi to San Pedro train station. Close to restaurants and shops.

Cons: The room was absolutely freezing when we were there May 2025. We should have asked how to get the room warmer but were so tired after our travels to Machu Picchu we didn't. The hotel says its a boutique hotel, but there were no toiletries in the bathroom. It would have been nice to have just basic shower and hair shampoo. Small thing but a little disappointing. That said lovely hot shower.

Pros: The staff provided excellent service (we had to reschedule our stay, store bags at 3 am to leave for a 2 day tour, check out at 5:30 am - they accommodated our needs without concern), rooms were beautiful and clean, and the bed as well as comforter were very comfortable. Excellent location as well

Cons: The wifi was bit sporadic and unpredictable and the noise from the street might bother some people (though we were not bothered by it)

Pros: Great location close to plaza del armas. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended
