Great hostel, good value for money

Pros: The beds are amazing, the pod design of the dorm makes it feel like you are in your own space. The staff are lovely and welcoming, although only speak Spanish and some limited English (so just be aware!). The hostel is pretty quiet which is perfect if you’re planning some treks in the area as tours start very early.

Cons: The shower was hot, but continually got colder the longer you were in it, so had to be quick or you’d get cold. The soap dispenser in the bathroom wasn’t filled regularly and didn’t work well. But overall a brilliant hostel.

Great place

Pros: Our room was so comfortable, the bed is huge and it's great to have a separate living area too. The hosts are lovely and flexible so if you have to store luggage or have a late bus and need a place to hang out or shower after check out, they are happy to let you. We stayed 3 nights to acclimatise and then one more after our trek and were really happy to be back!! Shower was nice and hot.

Pros: In a very central location, breakfast was included in price. Owner very accomodating.

Cons: Carpets a bit worn, kitchen and utensils also very worn and used.

Pros: Good Location! and the people at the reception were very nice!

Cons: Our room was next to the breakfast area. I think this place if perfect if you want to stay a night and then wake up early to go to Aguas Calientes o do an early tour. If you plan to sleep a little longer (10 AM) it can be a bit noisy, specially during morning. But apart from that the place was very good.

Everything was great, staff, rooms and location.

Pros: The staff were really helpful and even offered to cook us eggs for breakfast. Rooms were very generous in size and had everything we needed. Location was great.

Great location, very clean, staff really helpful.

Pros: Staff were very helpful especially once we used Google translate to communicate. Really good to be able to leave our luggage in storage while on tours. Breakfast was good and staff offered cooked eggs if we wanted.

Cons: Shower was a little on the warm side and not hot but I guess to be expected. Room doors were a little on the short side so kept having to remember to duck.

Pros: Helpful staff who provided recommendations on activities and hikes.

Cons: Our private room connected directly to the common area and kitchen - which provided limited privacy during our stay.

Amazing hostel to stay!!

Pros: The hostel is really great! The owners are so friendly and helpful with everything: cleaning (every day), luggage storage, and are really flexible! When we needed to come back earlier from our multiple day hike, we could get a room immediately get a new room that same day! They also help with getting taxis. The location is very good and the hostel rooms are just really comfortable! The price was also really good for a private room with mega bed!!

Pros: Great space, with table and couch as well as beds. Plenty of storage space, good location, a 10min walk to downtown. Friendly staff and very attentive.

Cons: Wi-Fi connection was quite unreliable in the room, often disconnecting. Better in the shared spaces. Bathroom door does not lock.

Pros: Great location in the historic center with comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast is included, along with luggage storage and a 24-hour reception, which is very useful if you're doing early morning tours around Cusco. Great vibes and the loveliest staff—would 100% recommend.
