Pros: The staff were incredible! So attentive, helpful and friendly. I had a few mishaps during my stay (unrelated to the hostel) and they went above and beyond to help me. I’ve never had an experience like it. Special mention to Marisol, she was superb!

Pros: Really friendly and helpful staff. Location is up a lot of stairs, but that's okay and worth it for how quiet it is at night. Super comfortable beds, would definitely recommend

Comfortable, friendly and clean

Pros: The hotel was very clean, close to the centre and even though it is uphill, it worked as a nice mid point if you want to see the higher parts of Cusco. Leigh on reception was very helpful and friendly. You can buy water, soda and basics in the hotel. It was comfortable and safe.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. We also appreciated that they allowed us a late checkout, which made our stay more comfortable.

Cons: The rooms were a bit cold, and the shower often didn’t have enough hot water. It would have been much more comfortable with better heating and a more reliable hot water supply.

Pros: They let us store our luggage in a store room a few times when we were going away overnight, on a day trip & when going to the airport. The hotel was very close to the Plaza.
